Worse service ever. Leave a call Jackie called back I miss the call. Call back “ she will call you back “. No one calls back. My family has lived here 190 years. Call someone else. For your service. Have a nice day.

So the hottest weekend all year and our air conditioner goes out. We called Jett, and had a repairman out. Great guy, did not get the system working, but said someone would call us Monday to discuss a new system. Not only were we going to replace the air conditining unit, but also the heating system. You would think they would want the money. Guess not! No one ever called, so with it being 84 degrees in the house we called another company, they took the unit apart, went out of there way to find a used motor in their shop, so we could live comfortably again. Very disappointed as to why we never received a call.

Our air conditioner broke down yesterday. I called and talked to Mark, he was able to squeeze us in on an already busy day. He quickly figured out that the motor for the fan quit working and fixed the unit in a short period of time. Very professional and knowledgeable.

from the moment the door bell rang to the Jett's truck left the driveway, the service was above and beyond expectations. The serviceman explained everything that he was doing and answered all questions.

Called at noon on a Sat., Called right back and had a tech there and gone by 8:00 air back up and enjoyed rest of the weekend. Figured I wouldn't see anyone till Mon. or Tue. Great service!
