Earlier today, Jennings replaced my 42 year old oil-fired furnace and I could not be more pleased with the job that they did. Approximately two weeks ago Brian E. was here to service my old furnace. He recommended that due to the age and condition of my old furnace that it should be replaced. Without any sales pressure , he gave me a proposal for a new Armstrong furnace- I thought that the price was reasonable, so I accepted their proposal. This morning, Dayne and Nick arrived to perform the installation- they were on time and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Every aspect of their work demonstrated that they are consummate professionals. My first call for all of my future a/c, heating and electrical needs will be to this fine organization.

My furnace was making grinding sounds, and shutting off in the middle of the night. I recently purchased my home, and a general inspector told me that my furnace was old, and that I would need a new one soon. Ben came out to my house, and was very professional from the start. I took his time, and did a very thorough inspection of my furnace. When he finished, he gave me all of my options. In my case, it seemed that the best option was to get a new furnace. Again, he took his time, and helped me through the process. I am very excited, and can't wait to get my new furnace. Thanks Ben, and Thanks Jennings!!!!

He also explained that due to the age of my equipment that I should consider replacing them, especially since I was looking to sell my house. He saved me thousands on repairs if I had to replace them. Overall a good experience and a good company.

I did end up deciding to replace my ac, because for the past 5 years the other 3 companies I had come out just told me it need recharged my ac and NEVER explained that it was low because it had leak. He provides information on what he's doing while he is doing it, and he explains the diagnosis, including the costs and the level of importance in deciding what to do. There is no hard sell. He sends the invoice with the description of what he has already told me, straight to our email. I appreciate having a confusing subject being made accessible to me, the homeowner. He is very efficient and professional.
