Home Heating service was very professional and just overall friendly when dealing with every aspect of our install. Their sales rep Derrick was informative and helpful and wasn't pushy at all. Scott and the rest of their install people were hyper professional and efficient. He took the time to go over everything with us and to figure out the best solution for the install and how our home's make-up effected certain aspects of where to put the unit, lines, exhaust, etc. I will be using Home Heating again for new installs as I have for years for just service and repairs.

We decided to replace the furnace that the builder installed with a new high efficiency furnace and also install a high efficiency heat pump at the same time, the install was clean and efficient. This system is so much quieter and far more comfortable than the furnace the builder installed.

Derrick recommended a new furnace due my existing one being oversized for the house I am in and was causing so many problems. He listened to our concerns and wants and put us in to the correct size unit. Dana and Dan showed up for installation and did an excellent job installing and providing instructions on proper use/care of our new furnace, and even made sure our pets were safe and didn't get out of the house or out of back yard gate. I am so thankful for my new lennox heater..although I have not seen my heater bill yet if it is energy efficient or not. I will update my review soon. FIrst of all, Derrick was very accommodating and very professional when dealing with my heater problem. He addressed the matter as soon as he could do it., But since it is not on his hands that there were some glitches of ordering the heat strip that could not fit into my heater they made their way to contact the dealer of lennox, contacted their manager to resolve the issues, But because it is new year eve he can't order otherwise the new heat strip to be delivered to my residence right away. On the other hand, Scott the one who installed the heater was very knowledgeable about the whole process of the installation, very professional, he made us very comfortable and feel at ease and all my questions were answered. He even taught us how to fix our electric breaker which we had one the night before that we did not have electricity in some parts of my house. He explained everything to us in a professional, and kind manner They made sure that everything will be taken cared of. With the professionalism and attitude that home heating service gave me, I would recommend this home heating service to others. I have search to some heating company and this is the best company not only to its service but very affordable compared to others...
