Bret arrived within the quoted time window. He was very courteous and professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and very methodically completed the furnace work. He also informed me that our water heater was now 18 years old and at the end of the average lifetime for those units. He arranged for us to get a quote for a new one. He also informed me of a new steam humidifier that could replace our current humidifier and greatly improve our satisfaction. I was very satisfied with his visit. 5 stars.

Carlos G. from Home Heating Service stopped by today to replace a broken solenoid in my humidifier as well as move the access panel for the humidified filter. This is the second time HHS has helped us out and we have received exceptional service both times. Carlos is so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He goes the extra mile to explain everything, answer questions, and provide the best possible service. Highly recommend HHS and Carlos!!!

Carlos is very thorough. He is an excellent problem solver. Carefully isolates the items in need of repair and establishes the method to repair. Uses informational resources when needed. Performs efficiently and proficiently. Follows all CSR and Safety protocols. Explains what he has done to reconcile the problem/s. At the completion thereof, he asks customer is they have any questions of him. He is friendly and courteous. If he worked for me, I be sure to keep him on-board as he is an asset to the Company. This is the 3rd time we've used home heating and they were once again fantastic. Found out the furnace wasn't working at 5:30 at night and they were over to the house in less than an hour after hours. Didn't have the part but were back the next morning by 9 to get it installed. Communication was great throughout...technician Carlos was extremely professional and pricing was very fair. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Scott serviced our furnace and explained further fixes that needed to be made. He explained what he was doing and how I could make sure our furnace was functioning properly. We were able to put off some of the expense until this summer, which was helpful because we just had to replace our water heater. Scott was personable and helpful.
