Bret arrived within the quoted time window. He was very courteous and professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and very methodically completed the furnace work. He also informed me that our water heater was now 18 years old and at the end of the average lifetime for those units. He arranged for us to get a quote for a new one. He also informed me of a new steam humidifier that could replace our current humidifier and greatly improve our satisfaction. I was very satisfied with his visit. 5 stars.

Found out the furnace wasn't working at 5:30 at night and they were over to the house in less than an hour after hours. Didn't have the part but were back the next morning by 9 to get it installed. Communication was great throughout...technician Carlos was extremely professional and pricing was very fair. Will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Clint M. was very professional, Covid-19 compliant, and excellent technician. He ahd my furnace up and running in a short amount of time. Furnace was working fine when he left, unfortunately do to an intermittent problem with another part the repair didn't last through the night. I would certainly recommend Clint and use him going forward. Scott B. did the follow up visit to repair my furnace after Clint's initial service failed to correct my heating problem with my furnace. He verified the previous repair and continued to trouble shoot the problem, which was isolated to an intermittent problem with a faulty Controller Circuit Board. This CCB was replaced and the furnace is working great again. Scott was very professional, Covid-19 compliant, and excellent technician as was Clint. I highly recommend and will continue to use Home Heating Service, Inc. for all my HVAC services.

Made appointment for annual service on furnace.. Technician Clint M. arrived early in the 2 hour appointment window. He was professional and personable and completed the checks and maintenance efficiently. Inquired about any problems or concerns I might have. Furnace is operating properly. Home heating installed this furnace last Fall, replacing the 50 year old unit that was original equipment in this house. I had used Home Heating several times for service and repairs over the years. My experiences with them have been uniformly good. They have always been responsive, professional and proficient. Highly recommend this company.
