We wanted to say thank you to Frank for doing such a great job with Hays Cooling & Heating. Our AC went out in our main house and with 3 young kids its not fun keeping them confined to one side of the house! Frank was very nice and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed super fast. We are able to sleep in a cooled house tonight!! It was quite late when Frank left and he never seemed rushed and got done what he needed to. We will be requesting Frank for our future issues. Thanks again Frank and Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing.

I compared several AC companies throughout the valley. My last call was to Hays Cooling & Heating. Bill S. was prompt, professional and did not waste my very limited time with nonsense (thank you Bill!) He provided a very reasonable quote for a new AC unit. The company offered a finance plan that was right for m and made this huge expense easier for me to handle. The AC install was quick, clean and the follow-up customer service (to make sure I was happy) was impressive. I would recommend Hays Cooling & Heating.

Update on our previous AC service when we received the bad news our unit needed to be replaced. Hays got Bill S. out here to give us an estimate on a new unit. Bill S. was absolutely wonderful. he checked everything out and we didn't even hear him. We had our new unit installed last week and the crew who did the install ( Rey, Jacob and I think it was also Kevin) were also so amazing! Didn't even really hear them working. They arrived a little after 6 am, the crane arrived around 6:30 and they were done by 9:00am. That is so amazing to us that they arrived so early and again, very unobtrusive. Huge plus is that we had our new unit installed before the heat of the day so we didn't suffer at all. Such a pleasant experience. Two of our neighbors were so impressed with their work we definitely gave them Hay's number. It truly does "Pay to call Hays"! We plan on signing up for their maintenance plan as extra piece of mind. So thankful for Hays

We love Hays! Sam R. Came out to our house to fix our A/C that had stopped working. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about our unit. He quickly got to work and was able to get our system up and running quickly. Great customer service!

Our AC went out on Friday night. I called Hays on Saturday morning a little after 10am and their technician Sam was here a little after 11am. Talk about prompt! He spent the next 4 hours here to get us some relief ( 20 year old unit is on it's last leg). He did get us cooling, unfortunately due to age and condition of equipment we are going to have to replace the unit. I just need to call and get it scheduled at this point. Also, a shout out to the other technician that was working on Saturday, Frank, who stopped by to assist Sam with trouble shooting our issue ( he even loaded Sam's ladder up while Sam was in the house doing his paperwork...what amazing team work!!!) We will definitely be using Hays for our new HVAC unit and any future plumbing needs

Beginning Friday night we noticed that we were having issues with our upstairs AC cooling. We were busy Saturday morning outside of our home. When we returned in the afternoon we noticed that our upstairs AC wasn't cooling. We called Hays and they had someone to our house within 20 minutes. He had the needed part in his truck, repaired the AC and left our house within an hour of us calling him. We are set up with their service plan so we do get priority service when we have issues but I never dreamed that priority on the week-end meant all fixed within an hour of calling. Nice job and very kind serviceman. Thanks.

We had Frank come out on short notice for an inoperative air conditioner unit. He found the issue within about 5 minutes and had it fixed in about 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks, Frank and Hays!

I got four estimates to replace my 40 year old AC unit. I chose Hays not only because their estimate was fair, but also because Bill S. was the most knowledgeable and struck me as the most trustworthy of all the reps I talked to. He spoke well of his company, but there was no hard sell or up sell, which I appreciate. I was able to call or text with any questions and he got back to me promptly. The installers were efficient, tidy and courteous. Several weeks later Justin came out to do post-install check on the unit, and he showed me pictures of the installation, addressed all my questions, and walked me through my new thermostat. I was nervous about making such a big purchase, but I feel confident I chose the right company for the job.

He showed me how to clean my outside units, and made suggestions about what to look for in a filter. He was very patient. I had Hays install my two new air conditioning units two years ago. I have been very satisfied.

Aaron serviced my AC unit and found it in fine shape, with no repairs needed. Excellent, professional service. I elected to have a condensate safety switch installed, so that if condensate drains are plugged, overflow will not damage the ceiling (air handling unit is in the attic). I think this is a wise and inexpensive precaution, and would recommend it to others with a similar configuration. Aaron did not push this, just mentioned it, and it seemed a great idea, since I had wondered what would happen if a drain got plugged. Fail-safe is good, in my opinion.
