On Christmas Day, our furnace stopped working. Fortunately, Quentin was on the job and showed up in a Santa hat and Seahawks jacket (go Hawks!). Faster than you can say "Ho ho ho", he replaced our ignitor and was off to spread more Christmas cheer. Much thanks, Quentin!

My furnace stopped working this morning, Christmas Eve. I left a call on the emergency hotline. Paul, the tech on call responded immediately. He correctly diagnosed the source of the problem and was able to replace the faulty thermostat with a new one in one visit. Very thorough and professional. He explained how to program and use the new thermostat.

My wife and I had a serious problem with our heating system just before Christmas holidays. 30 degrees outside with no heat inside was very uncomfortable and dangerous to us, so it was important to get the heating system up and running quickly. Stephen D came quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it and had 100 degree heat coming out the registers and vents quickly. The price was reasonable and the job very well done. I was so impressed I asked for a maintenance agreement, which was reasonably priced as well. Great job Greenwood and Stephen!

He diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. He answered all my questions and told me about other options that we could think about if/when we need to replace our furnace.

I called the afterhours services for my heat outage. I received a callback in less than 1 hour. The technician, Quintet Smith, was very clear in setting my expectations and laid out my options so I could make an informed decision. He arrived in the window in which he promised and although he'd had a long day, was very professional and friendly. He gave great advice for future maintenance as well. I am definitely a new Greenwood customer from now on.

We were having difficulty with air flow in our home HVAC system. Hicham came out and persisted until the problem was solved, including doing a good maintenance job. Very nice to work with and very helpful.

Greenwood was able to fit me in on short notice and Stephen stuck with it until he made my heat work again. Really appreciated getting the heat back on quickly during this chilly week with surgery scheduled for the next day.

Our furnace was running but we were not getting heat. Called for a regular appt and was told it would be a week, but if I didn’t mind paying more for emergency service, I could try the on-call emergency tech after 5:30 pm. (Extra $50–worth it when it’s getting down into the 30s at night.) Hicham was able to come by in roughly an hour, diagnosed and fixed our problem, and was happy to explain everything as well as make suggestions for better efficiency. Super personable and all around awesome service guy!

Greenwood Co. installed my new furnace in a weeks time from purchase. I sleep within ten feet of it . First night woke me each time it kicked on . Quiet is important because of my area. The next morning called with noise concerns and they sent out a Tec guy the same day . He lowered the blower and fan sounds also gas flow to work together . The installers left it as stock settings. I Was able to sleep throughout most of second night . The noise level is more gentle but tolerable. The heat the budget (small house)furnace puts out is great ! The company gets a 4 Star . My last furnace was a Lennox Whisper wich lasted 23 years , no longer is being made and the new on is a Trane.

One of my heating ducts was disconnected with cold air issuing from the house vent. Service Tech, Quinten S**** diagnosed the problem, installed a new part which re-connected the duct, to my delight! Kudos!

Our furnace broke last week, and we feel very fortunate that we called Greenwood Heating & Air Conditioning. Our service tech, Paul V., was amazing - a thoughtful and considerate professional, Paul did everything he could for us so that our family wasn't completely without heat until we could get our new furnace installed.
