Great customer service! I can't say enough good things about this company. They came out at the last minute to replace our water heater; on a Friday, late in the evening, in an area they don't typically service. The technicians were knowledgeable and worked diligently through the evening to get the job done. Everyone was very professional and courteous, from the office folks to the technicians that came out to the house. Will continue to use them for our plumbing, heating, and air needs!

We had a problem on a Sunday, and they were out quickly to help. Really appreciated that they did what they said they were going to do, and when they said they’d do it. I had a few extra questions and he answered them patiently and expertly. A very good experience!

You pay a flat fee for Go Green to come out and assess your issues. The flat fee is separate of any work performed charges. They will perform an assessment of your problem(s). They will offer a solution for the problem and offer suggestions to prevent future problems. Jon was straight forward and honest. Jon provided a quote to fix my issues. At this point I can accept the quote or call another plumber(no hidden costs). The quote is a fixed charge and will not change, weather is takes 1 hour or 8 hours. Jon actually found a problem that occurred at the time the contractor installed the plumbing. He had to work around this but made me aware of it. Jon was a professional. This was my first time using Go Green, but I will call them for any future needs. Clean trucks.

When time came for a major job, we called Go Green and Nate W. laid out the options thoroughly and skillfully, and we know the job will be done well. We called Go Green because we had an issue with the HVAC system on the upper level of our rental house in Greensboro. They explained that there was a leak in the system and we had lost all of the refrigerant. The up front service charge is reasonable at $59.00 but the cost for the repair was way out of line. To repair the leak and refill with refrigerant they estimated $2300.00. I own a property management company and work with many HVAC companies for my business and explained this cost was way out of line for this type of repair. This cost did not include the replacement of heat strips for the air handler that they needed to get a estimate for. After asking the tech how long the repair would take for that cost he said 2 1/2 hours. The cost of the refrigerant was $580.00 and no other material cost. Do the math that is $688.00 per hour!!! This is insane. After paying them for the leak search and service charge then asking them to leave we called Webb heating and cooling (336) 852-4300. The total cost for the repair was $1186.00 including the cost for the heat strips in the air handler. I am sure the cost of the heat strips would have been a significant additional cost. If you want to spend twice as much call Go Green!!!!

Jon Adams came to do an estimate on replacing an outside sewer line for me. He was very thorough, explained what that would entail, answered all my questions and went the extra mile in making sure I had all the info I needed. What was so great about all of this was the fact that he had been my technician when he worked for another company so I knew from the get go that I was getting an experienced and professional person. I had a pipe burst that hooked up to the water heater. Shane A***** was the plumber. He gave me several options to choose from and answered all my questions. He never steered me one way or the other. At first I chose to have only the pipe replaced so that I could get my water turned back on and told them that I’d have to discuss the other options with my husband first. He did the job quickly. Also, the water heater had gotten submerged in water and for safety reasons, he chose not to light it. The decision was left up to me. He explained that the internal parts can corrode and malfunction. In addition, my water heater was quite old. So we went without hot water for a day. The next day we made the decision to replace the water heater as well and called Go Green. Shane was at another job at the time but despite that, he came out and worked late with his partner. I was so grateful to not have to wait another day. My kids and I were relieved to say the least! I would absolutely call them again in the future.
