The entire experience was superb. Alicia was able to talk me threw on the phone all the ooptions and costs. Day of service we were working from home and noise level was not so much that we could not hear on conference calls. The house is 30 years old and had never had the ducts cleaned. The furnace filter has had a lot less dirt in it since the cleaning. We also had our dryer duct cleaned. It turns out that it was 100% blocked. Our dryer now gets clothes dry in one cycle. We highly recommend Freah Air Corp for their professionalism, their fair pricing and most especially they are locally owned and operated.

We had the air duct system cleaned which included the complete cold air return side and furnace interior. We had this done on Thursday, April 23, 2020. We are hoping that having this done will somewhat keep the dust issue at bay. The technicians were very professional and pleasant and any questions we had they were able to answer. Definitely an asset to Fresh Air Corp and we will use their services for future needs, and we will recommend this company. Also, Megan was very pleasant and made every efforts to accommodate all involved. Thank you to all!

Very impressed as was our neighbor. James was on time, explained the process, did what he said, protected our floors, furniture, and walls. Neat and clean work and very pleasant to work with. Fully protected with PPE. Have great before and after pics that I took. By having one added neighbor we both got $50 disc and if I had two neighbors we would each have gotten $100 disc.

DreSan and Stephen did a great job at cleaning the duct work in my house. They were very courteous and super considerate of my cats. Stephen showed me multiple pictures of the ducts before and after they were cleaned. I would have preferred the office to have scheduled a more realistic time frame. They were supposed to arrive between 12-2, but didn't arrive until 3 because their previous job was in London, OH and they had to travel to my house (near the zoo). This is the second time I've used Fresh Air Corp and I would hire them again.

I contacted Fresh Air Corp online (on a Sunday) to inquire about their services and received a call the following day. Alicia was very helpful explaining what the different services entailed and how much they cost. I went with the duct service cleaning and sanitizing because the prior owners of the house had a dog and the entire home smelled as such. We had new carpet put in which alleviated the odor, but I knew there was likely a lot of pet hair/dander in the vents. Moreover, the sticker on the furnace indicated that the ducts hadn't been cleaned since 2008. Alicia sent before/after photos and there really was a lot of dust, etc. beforehand. The technicians, Dre and Chris, arrived on time, were courteous, and professional. They laid a drop cloth to protect the floor from the hose, set up plastic covers to protect the walls as the hose bent around corners, and even wore protective foot booties. They arrived in a box truck with a giant blower inside and that hose was connected to the duct work which was able to create a vacuum and remove the debris. Other companies seem to use the equivalent of shop vacs and I can't imagine they create as much pressure The sanitizing service further ameliorated any pet odor and left the house smelling fresh. It took a little under two hours from the time they showed up and the time the left. The service was a little expensive, but considering how thorough the cleaning was and the power of their equipment, I think it was a good value. I'll call them again when the time comes!
