My husband is in a rehab facility and when I got home last night I saw water in the driveway. I looked and saw where the meter was was filled with water. I called ER Plumbing got the answering service and the girl I spoke with took my information and Joe called me right away. I explained what was wrong and he came to see what if anything could be done. I was shocked he came saw the problem and fixed it right then and there. I’ve been spending most of my days at the rehab facility and didn’t want to have to take a day to have a plumbing issue fixed. Thank you Joe you were a lifesaver, I am truly grateful

I was having some electrical work done on my house and my sewer line was cut by a trenching device late in the afternoon. I called ER and they sent Joe and he looked it over and determined he would need to get additional equipment but he gave me his word he would come back "tonight" to fix this problem as we could obviously not use our bathrooms etc. Joe called me at 7:30PM and said he was on his way. He is obviously very skilled as a plumber and as a backhoe operator and he expertly dug the hole. He even improved my system by adding a clean-out pipe at the spot where he made the repair. He completed the work by 9PM. I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Joe and ER Plumbing.

Leonard came to my home because my sink was stopped up from putting too much pork with fat in it. He quickly determined that the t-trap was clogged, took it apart, and cleared the pipe. He ended up having to come back because I didn’t think my dishwasher was draining properly. It was because I had put Dawn detergent in the sink to try and release the clog and it was backing up into the dishwasher. (Don’t use Dawn to try and release a clog!!!) Leonard was kind, patient and very courteous. I was VERY satisfied with his services!

We have used ER Plumbing several times: to install new hot water heater, installation of a water cop system and, more recently, Joe fixed a problem with our kitchen faucet. He was able to get the manufacturer to send a replacement faucet under warranty. We have always had prompt, professional service and would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

Two months ago, on 5/14/2018, Josh and Travis of ER Plumbing replaced all of the pipes in my crawl space. They were very friendly, courteous and professional. I haven't had any plumbing problems since then. They explained what they would be doing and the extra steps they would take to make sure it was a better situation (e.g., relocating the main waste pipe for easier future access). As for the price, my first reaction was that it was on the high side. But then again, I really don't know what someone else would have charged.
