I made an appointment with E.D.S. AC to do a maintenance service on my AC system. Kalib Williams was the tech that did the work. He was everything we could hope for in a technician: Prompt, on time, called to advise us when he would be arriving, very professional, thorough, polite. He asked if we had any concerns, questions or issues. He explained what he was going to do and then reviewed with us what he did and the results. He instilled a feeling of confidence in us that let us know we were dealing with someone who cares and knows what he is doing. He exceeded our expectations in every way.
I am keeping his card handy and next time we need service I will be requesting him.

We got a quote from EDS in the summer of 2018. At the time we decided to hold off on a new unit. Yesterday (2/3/19) our unit crashed with our three day old baby at home. We called EDS at 6pm and by 630pm had already heard from two representatives assuring us we would be moved to first on the list for Monday. The crew showed up at 830am and installed the new system same day. The experience could not have been better from start to finish. Tony, Eric and Anthony were absolute rock stars and rescued us from what could have been an AC nightmare. Please call the folks and ask specifically for them if you are ever in need. Their responsiveness, professionalism and customer service was truly one of a kind for the service industry in South Florida!

I wanted to try a new air conditioning company and tried E.D.S. for the first time I was very impressed with the service from my initial phone call with the helpfulness in getting someone out right away and by sending me a text and email to let me know he was on his way. Once the service tech was on his way he called me to let me know. His diagnosis was fast and I felt honest I would highly recommend them.

Have spoken to Nancy in the office several times and she treats me with the utmost respect. NEVER acts like I am a bother or my problem is not worth responding to. Craig was my latest service man and was friendly and efficient and got my unit adjusted in a few minutes. Thank you EDS.
