Scott treated us right. Answered all our questions regarding the installation of a new water heater. Also educated us. He completed the Job in the time frame he told us. I was so pleased with this experience. Thank you for making my husband very happy, you did exactly what he requested. Good job Scott, keep up the good work.

First off I used this company once in the past was very happy with the service. Because of my first experience I decided to have Delta service me again.
Requested a quote to have two showers serviced. Now one shower in particular a delta service pro quoted me 300 dollars. This was several months ago. Well they came out today and I explained these two things.
1.) Needed a diverter valve replaced in shower number one. 2.) (This is the 300 dollar job I was told several months ago.) Water leaked from the cold knob. Two way shower.
I was quoted close to 1900.00 dollars to have my showers serviced!! Needless to say this service pro didn't last to much longer at the house after this outrageous price quote! Extremely disappointed with delta. Most likely the last experience I have with them.

He was more than happy to answer "have you ever seen blah blah..." on the job questions. Austin M worked with a three-man crew that worked very well together. As well as everyone on the crew answered all of my questions. Money well spent.

Provided septic pump. Installed riser lids and inspection letter. Cost was much higher than anticipated but once scheduling was set Austin led his team to what looks to be a successful service call.
