Septic Tank pump and Hydrojetting. This is hard review, as the reason of the 3 stars is between the staff and the pricing. First, the 2 star deduction - Price alone. Once they open it up and identify a potential problem, they add services that are too high. I was charged 800 dollars to put in 2 PVC baffles, total of 2250 to hydrojet a residential septic drain line pre and post the septic tank. Once the tank is open and they are there, it is difficult to know the price of actual work they want to perform. So do your research on cost, even the tank is open, and discuss their cost... get someone else or quotes while they are there..... My post research states these should have been half that price, if not more. As far as the staff, they were great and friendly, just WAY overcharged for the services they performed.

They came out the same day and were very helpful . They were very patient and let us know all the work that is needed. We could not go with them as the quotation was high and we wanted to get a second opinion . If we get the same price from other people than we will prefer to go with these people as they are very friendly. We called them the second time and they were as friendly and professional even though we had not got the work done thru them the first time, We just love these guys . I would recommend them to everyone . They are just a great team . Thank you .

Jacob and his helper were both very polite and kept me informed on everything they did. They were respectful of the inside and underneath my house. What was supposed to be a water heater repair, turned into a replacement of the heater as well as replacement of all the old lead pipes under my house. Jacob explained why he thought they should be replaced and I agreed based on someone else telling me the same thing. There was even a surprise waiting for me when I found out they had replaced the opening and closing plug to one of my sinks. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

I had a pipe burst in my yard and my regular plumber was booked so I chose Delta. I have them a ring and said they could maybe come out the next day. I like the , “Right now.” When I’m paying out my money but really I didn’t have a say in the matter. I did show up earlier then scheduled and that was a . He went to work and knocked it out. Cool dude… knows his _hit!!!

Dylan was very knowledgable and patient with me, as I had no clue about septic tanks and all that I inherited from the last homeowner. The damage was significant to repair, which led to me asking lots of questions and needing time to research the price and approach for repair. Once I became comfortable with repair and all that he shared, I called him back and he completed the work and tried to keep my backyard in decent shape.
