before i start there is a second technician i couldn't find listed on their site. his name is ray h. and this review covers his performance as well. when things are bad and you have to spend a lot of money it was a pleasure to have howard and ray show up. professional, prompt and cleaned up afterwards. ****, i might even invite them to thanksgiving dinner. as for the good rating on price, this is not a negative, they may be a bit more expensive but you GET what you pay for and i will continue to use conway services for years to come. thanks howard w. and thanks ray h. and thanks to mr. conway for hiring such pros.

On Monday evening (9/24/18) after arriving home from a long day at work, I quickly noticed my A/C was not cooling. After procrastinating I finally decided to make the call for emergency service around 7pm, just knowing that I probably wouldn’t get help until the next day. Much to my surprise I was told service tech “Eric Warren” would be arriving within 30-45 minutes. Not only did he arrive sooner, but after checking/diagnosing the inside he told me the capacitor on the outside unit had gone bad. Oh no! I thought he’d need to return the next day, but he had the replacement part in his vehicle! It only took minutes to solve the problem, my home started cooling and I began shouting Oh God, thank you!! And thank you Conway Comfort Club! I want to thank “Eric Warren” for his professionalism, his timeliness and friendliness at the end of his long day. I’m so glad I chose to sign up for the Comfort Club a year ago and they did not disappoint. I can’t thank you enough for coming to my rescue! I highly recommend this company to my family and friends.
