I'm very disapointed in pro comfort i paid alot of money for this system, first when they checked the system wss told need a new one once installed did they same thing the old did come to find out thermost wire was corroded into system wasn't bad at all. Now new system had to hsve service 4 times in 7 months, now its down again wish they would take this system out and give my money back. Any more problems may see what i can do to have this happen.

Well, it has been a crazy ride with our two AC units since we moved here a year ago. After two not-so-great AC companies, we found Comfort Pro. We have had nothing but good experiences since. Most recently our main whole house AC went down. It was not a cheap fix, but Anthony came out and was excellent in figuring out the problem and communicating with. Our next technician who then came out and actually fixed the AC was Hoyt. Hoyt is a really good guy and worked long and hard in the hot sun to get our AC running again. No complaints and pleasant as could be. The AC worked great for three days then mysteriously failed. No one was pleased. Comfort Pro handled the situation perfectly, knew it was a crazy deal and treated us with the utmost respect. Hoyt came out again, found the issue - believe it or not - literally a BUG in the outside wiring caused a malfunction (yay Florida). Hoyt found the problem, went out and got the part, came back and replaced it - all free of charge. This right here is a situation where Comfort Pro had the opportunity to really make extra money if they were a company with less than stellar morals. They could have told us a lot of things - and we would not have known - and charged whatever they wanted. But they didn't, they told us the truth, it was an easy fix, and they treated us with respect and fairness. Not a lot of companies out there would do this. From the technicians, to the owners (whom i have also met) to the lovely people who answer the calls, Comfort Pro really is a "Pro". We are glad to have found them.

Initially the Tech was great, and said the part required would be back in 2 days or so. This was Monday. Not hearing anything, I called the office Thursday to see what was up. Rita said the part was ordered on a Wednesday after the tech was there on Wednesday, and they were waiting AHS authorization. Given the information was wrong (Tech out on Monday, Rita’s info not consistent with Tech or facts), I questioned further. She then got on the AHS portal and determined the authorization was approved on Wednesday, and the order was sent. There was no good explanation why the authorization request wasn’t sent until Wednesday, as I sat with no AC for 2 days in Florida in August. The manager called on Friday when it was determined the part wouldn’t arrive for 2 weeks. We opted for a new unit, which was installed the next day (Saturday). So the final product and flexibility was good in the end, but a lack of action for 2 days and incorrect information caused 2 extra days of no AC, thus preventing a higher rating.

Comfort Pro was very prompt in responding to our service request through our home warranty. Less than 12 hours after I placed the need, the office called to say the technician would be out that afternoon. Anthony B. called me as he was heading to the house, and continued to keep me updated throughout the entire repair. He was courteous and professional, and after explaining how my old unit was getting pretty bad in several key areas, he offered to give us an estimate for a new system to consider. In the meantime, he got the old unit running for our comfort, and then gave us a no pressure estimate to consider in the coming days. I couldn't be more pleased with their company from beginning to end. Excellent customer service!
