As a newer customer and with an HVAC system that I am not familiar with (Geo Thermal), Comfort Pro and especially Cole H. have been outstanding at responding quickly and professionally during both our bi-annual Inspections and additionally during one very cold Winter night in 2019, our first Winter in Southeast PA. Cole is knowledgable on Geo Thermal systems and is always ready to answer our questions and provide the general and critical consumer maintenance information that keeps us running 24/7. Just knowing that this Company takes our calls in person and backs up their products and Customers is comforting. Highly recommend for HVAC products and follow-on service.

Cole, was here this morning and serviced our A/C unit. He was awesome ! He was professional and did a excellent job. He has a super personality and treated me as if we were friends for years. So COOL ! We talked about the service contract and he explained it in detail, as I thought I was listening to Ben, our salesman. He also explained exactly what he did to our unit today. Cole H. has been our service tech for several bi-annual maintenance visits. He always arrives within the specified time, performs the maintenance with professionalism, and clearly explains the results of the checks performed. During one visit in the past, Cole noted that our air conditioning system was experiencing a slow Freon leak. He saved us money by suggesting a cheaper method of correcting the issue instead of the usual repeat additions of Freon or new system installation.
