I want to take a moment to share my experience with Comfort Plus Services. My church was having an issue with the heating, and their service technician that come out was Gary Ebersole!!!!! He was professional, on time, but most of all he took the time and talked to me, not at me. He explained how he could assist our church with an service plan. He explained to me step by step what was covered. He was AWESOME!!!! A great first impression and professional representative for this company. Needless to say "We will be purchasing their service plan!!

All the people that I dealt with over there seemed to be very professional. Gary was also very helpful in telling me what my problem was. Our heat went out on a chilly night. We have an old boiler that we cannot afford to replace. We were glad to learn that Alan was on call. He doesn't try to talk us into upgrading. He has so many years of experience that he isn't perplexed by our old system.He got right to diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He explained it, gave us options, price differential and how to re-set the system given the new part. Alan is always courteous and efficient. We're grateful to have his skill to return our heat!

Rusty and Brandon did a kick ass job getting my "old" home hooked up with all new duct work and a new carrier furnace! I could not be Happier! awesome job and awesome company from the first tech who said that my "old" furnace was beyond band aids (Alan) to the salesman Mike to the install team (Rusty and Brandon and another guy) to the office staff to Jim who came out in the pouring rain and in the dark to Gary who eventually fired up the new system! The team at Comfort Plus is TOP notch! I highly recomend this company!

Tonight, we realized we had no hot water. We made the call to comfort plus and the “after hours” rate was clearly explained. We opted to continue with the service call. Jim Cody called us to let us know his ETA. He was in the driveway to the exact minute! Not only does Jim exhibit a great attitude, while being called out away from his family in the evening hours, he was thorough and professional. In a world where customer service seems to be lacking, Jim is a refreshing change. Comfort Plus has a great employee. We hope that Jim is recognized for his fantastic work ethic!

Extremely pleased with all aspects of getting my 25 year old oil furnace serviced and repaired when needed by Comfort Plus Services. The communication and response is always excellent starting with Sandy in the office to the service technician Jim C*** scheduling when he can arrive. We've always used Comfort Plus or DMO previously, for the service contract on our boiler as well as purchasing fuel oil and propane from CATO, for the life of the boiler. I've known the service technicians for years. They are knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I have no problem with them coming into my home. Keep up the good work!

I have used Comfort Plus for 16 years - since before the name change to Comfort Plus! The technicians are all excellent but my first choice is Jim Cody who was here last week for a major repair to my Central Air. Jim is not only an exceptional technician for my A/C and boiler but I have added a split Unit to his work load. I would also recommend the office staff for their ability to keep you informed of scheduling especially when facing a major repair. Jim will always be my hero as he not only maintains my equipment perfectly- but when working on my boiler he is inches from an ivory carpet- and in the sixteen years we have had the boiler he has not allowed one speck of dirt to touch that carpet.

Robert was the one who spoke with Jessica and said she seemed to be a little pushy. Jim, on the other hand, was just the opposite. He seems to think he has access to our entire home. For at least 5 years he has been trying to get us to purchase a new furnace and finally says the heat exchanger has a crack but could not show Robert the crack on the camera or just by looking at it. We received a phone call the following morning from Jim wanting to know if I wanted him to set up the meeting with the salesman. I not so politely told him no that I would do it. We are in the process of getting 2 additional opinions about the heat exchanger.

Chris was very nice on the phone. They have come over three times in the last couple weeks. The first time we had Jim, he did the diagnosis and found that our blower motor was dying, he was very professional and did a great job. Allen came the next day and installed the new motor, he also did a great job. Mike came over the next week to do the tune up. He was very nice and professional. While he was doing the tune up he discovered we were low on freon. He filled it up for us and now the air is working great ! He was very helpful and answered all my questions. We are very pleased with all of them and will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend this company to everyone.

Jim Cody, after today, has our air conditioning system ready for the new season. As he was cleaning the unit, he discovered mold in a larger than normal quantity. Because he knows my husband has breathing issues, he gave us information about a system that would kill the mold along with bacteria and fungus. His suggestion was low-keyed with no pressure to purchase. His suggestion certainly made sense to provide better air quality for us all. He installed the device efficiently and quickly. As usual, he took great care to leave his shoes on the front porch and to clean up his work area after he finished. He always makes us feel comfortable with the information and service he provides. How nice to have a service technician that we can trust completely!
