We signed up for the service plan offered by Comfort Plus two years ago and best decision we made. Today Eddie came to our rent house for our annual tune up. He and his company are beyond professional. Thanks to Sandy for working with us and thanks to Amanda who did her best to help me post pictures on my Facebook page. This is a top of the line company and we are also glad they are part of the Tri-Gas and oil family. By the way, our bill was $0. Great program. Bill Beall Best customer SERVICE reps anywhere. The techs are great too. Very professional. No small talk. The move in, do their job and move out. Love this company.

Robert was the one who spoke with Jessica and said she seemed to be a little pushy. Jim, on the other hand, was just the opposite. He seems to think he has access to our entire home. For at least 5 years he has been trying to get us to purchase a new furnace and finally says the heat exchanger has a crack but could not show Robert the crack on the camera or just by looking at it. We received a phone call the following morning from Jim wanting to know if I wanted him to set up the meeting with the salesman. I not so politely told him no that I would do it. We are in the process of getting 2 additional opinions about the heat exchanger.

Not one for product testimonials, but must salute Tri-Gas and Oil and its affiliated company, Comfort Plus Services, for their extraordinary service. In a nutshell, our aging hot water heater died suddenly last night. Called Tri-Gas and Oil, who had a team of service technicians with a replacement unit at our house before 9 a.m. this morning. They had the new one installed and the old one out of the house before noon. Couldn't be any happier with the fair deal we received, or with the caliber of the service team. And pleased to have the chance to support one of the most dependable sponsors of the Easton Little League. Can't imagine shopping anywhere else for such products and services.
