Tonight, we realized we had no hot water. We made the call to comfort plus and the “after hours” rate was clearly explained. We opted to continue with the service call. Jim Cody called us to let us know his ETA. He was in the driveway to the exact minute! Not only does Jim exhibit a great attitude, while being called out away from his family in the evening hours, he was thorough and professional. In a world where customer service seems to be lacking, Jim is a refreshing change. Comfort Plus has a great employee. We hope that Jim is recognized for his fantastic work ethic!

Extremely pleased with all aspects of getting my 25 year old oil furnace serviced and repaired when needed by Comfort Plus Services. The communication and response is always excellent starting with Sandy in the office to the service technician Jim C*** scheduling when he can arrive. We've always used Comfort Plus or DMO previously, for the service contract on our boiler as well as purchasing fuel oil and propane from CATO, for the life of the boiler. I've known the service technicians for years. They are knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I have no problem with them coming into my home. Keep up the good work!

I have used Comfort Plus for 16 years - since before the name change to Comfort Plus! The technicians are all excellent but my first choice is Jim Cody who was here last week for a major repair to my Central Air. Jim is not only an exceptional technician for my A/C and boiler but I have added a split Unit to his work load. I would also recommend the office staff for their ability to keep you informed of scheduling especially when facing a major repair. Jim will always be my hero as he not only maintains my equipment perfectly- but when working on my boiler he is inches from an ivory carpet- and in the sixteen years we have had the boiler he has not allowed one speck of dirt to touch that carpet.

This latest experience once again met those high standards. Our sales professional, Rick S., clearly explained our options and expertly answered our questions. Rusty C. and Brandon D., our installers, arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, explained the operation of the system, and were done in less than four hours. They both were great! Finally, back at the main office, Sandy W. was helpful and professional, just like she always has been with any followup questions we asked. This company is definitely a cut above the rest. They are very customer oriented. We had an emergency with our a/c system and when we called at 8am they responded immediately. I talked to Chris in Customer Service who was friendly and courteous and before we hung up she assured me a Technician would be to my house by late morning. True to her word, Gary was there right on time. He was fast and efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was also friendly and courteous and I won't hesitate to call Comfort Plus Services again.

I have written this 5 times now-it seems. Alan can come to my house and I will continue to ask for him to come check or fix all my heating and cooling equipment. He is so calm and listens to all I have to say. He then goes off-repairs my attic stairs-as he could end up stuck in the attic if it unlocked as it did with me! He took his time, came up and down many times and when done-and I was satisfied, he rechecked and made all perfect but told me to call if anything was wrong again. He is so quiet , calm, and attentive, and enjoyable to talk to and just watch. Sandy handled all of my calls very professionally and knew what needed to be done to rectify my request. I knew I could trust her in getting my request completed. Thanks Brandon, Rusty, Terrance, and Kip were involved in the installation/replacement of two heat pump units at my residence. All 4 worked in a very professional manner, were polite, communicated well and got the job done in the time quoted. When asked to work as quiet as possible because my wife worked the night before and was sleeping they complied as best they could. A special recognition to Terrance and Kip for working under our house in the crawl space for long periods of time. Again, thanks to all of you.

Dealing with Chris was confusing and difficult. She did not seem to understand my questions. I think your service charges are exorbitant! Was being charged 2 service charges for calls 2 hours apart. First Tech cleaned out blower, got it started. 1 hr. later it stopped. Brian came and diagnosed the problem of needing a new part. Chris left me a message saying she needed approval and payment for the part and service calls. I got the message late and called the next day. My mother is 93 and has dementia and had no heat for several days. This was a painful process to get her heater fixed. My brother was there but they wouldn't take his word for approval to move forward??????

Recently we ran out of Heating oil for the boiler, and the TGO team got a truck out quickly and provided a $50 credit (since we are on an auto refill program) -- we use the boiler for hot water (and no hot water).The Boiler is serviced by Comfort Plus Services for TGO, and they had their service tech (Brian) come out when requested, at time promised and a check-up - tune-up was done as part of our annual service contract. All is good and we are ready for the upcoming heating season. CPS team is very professional and responsive... always a pleasure to see them coming through the door!

Thank you comfort Plus and especially technician Brian C.. My air went out on Monday morning. Brian can out Mon. Afternoon and saw that I needed a part, which he ordered. Because it was late Mon., Wed. Delivery was expected. Brian called me at 5pm to say no part yet. He called again at 7pm to again say no part. I had said I may have to get a window unit to hold me over. It was 94 degrees in my home and my 4 small dogs were really suffering. At 8 pm a knock came at the door and it was Brian -part in hand. It had just been delivered. He said he was out looking for a window unit for me but there were none to be had on Kent Island. Upon going back home the ups man was there. He came immediately to my home. Within a very short time my air was fixed! I can't say enough about Brian. Professional, compassionate, and to come after putting in a full day's work --- simply amazing. Thank you ComfortPlua and especially thank you Brian!! You have my vote for employee of the year!!!
