Comfort Now is the best and so is Henry P! I opened the door and a guy with a big smile was standing there and he even fussed over my 2 dogs who ran to him. Henry went right to work tuning up my furnace, was very professional and knowledgeable in answering any questions I had. I have had other companies before doing work on my furnaces and AC units but there is something special and more comfortable about working with Comfort Now. The experience is always a pleasant one!!!

An incredibly pleasant experience! As a new homeowner, everything that is beyond my expertise makes me weary. There was a loose supply in my crawl space that we didn’t have the time to address until now, as we turned on the heat for the first season. Henry arrived, got right to work explaining what was going on and what I should and shouldn’t be worried about. He complimented my crawl space, a compliment I didn’t even know I needed as a newbie! Henry was informative, knowledgeable, cheerful and even entertained my dog. I would recommend Comfort Now service to anyone and everyone.

This was for a bad circulator in my tenants house. Scheduling between myself, him and the company was easy. I assume the work got done properly and that everything is up and running (I have not checked yet since it was earlier this morning). My issue is that since I was scheduling this over the phone (and was not the one present for the work), I was called with a price of $615 for the job. I have it on my voicemail. Fine, I authorized the job that they came out the next day to complete. I asked for a breakdown of cost to be emailed to me when we got off the phone which wasn’t sent until the next morning when I was at work. When I got to my voicemail on break, I am astonished to learn that the final bill was now $714 and that they needed to run my credit card. When I called and spoke to the lady on the phone, I was aggravated that when I asked what the total job was going to cost along with asking for a breakdown to be emailed to me, that it was now $99 more and I wasn’t sent the breakdown until the morning the work was already being done. I was told that the $99 was a diagnostic fee and that I was told this when I first called. When I questioned why it wasn’t included when I asked what the total cost would be, she said but we told you that when you first called. She seemed to not understand or care about why I was angry. So whatever, I paid it. But now as I reflect back on this, I’m mainly aggravated that I even had to pay the diagnostic fee considering I paid for them to do the job afterwards. In my experience most companies will waive the diagnostic fee if you end up having to have work like this done. Especially when they weren’t upfront with the total when the customer is asking for their final bill. They did not and nor did I even get an apology until the third time I had to explain why I was still aggravated, but it seemed like it was more to get me off the phone at that point. I’ll now be doing a service contract on that heater with another company in the future due to the lack of them being upfront in the business office.

I can not speak highly enough regarding Cole. He has all of the characteristics of an excellent technician. He completed our heater maintenance efficiently and reviewed the process with us. He is an exemplary young man and we enjoy talking to him whenever he visits to repair or maintain our heating and cooling systems. Most importantly, we trust his expertise and knowledge to keep our heating and cooling systems running efficiently. He is an asset to ComfortNow.

Bob and Cole were excellent ! First, I had Comfort Now do my spring and fall furnace/air conditioning cleaning. Unfortunately, I didn’t have any heat a few days after the cleaning when outside temperature dropped. Even though it had worked fine when they were here. When I called Saturday morning, Bob said he would send someone out that day within a few hours. I said it was not an emergency and could wait until Monday. He said that the weather was going to be bad and he would feel better to have someone take a look. Cole also arrived within the next 2 hours. He checked everything thoroughly and realized that I had a bad thermostat. He was so kind to let me know the cost so if I could do it on my own, I would save money. I could have had my son do it but because the thermostat is good for life, I told him to go ahead. Not only are Comfort Now employees professional, but they are so knowledgeable, thoughtful and kind, I feel I have made friends. Thank you!
