Rob C. & Winson S installed our furnace and air conditioner yesterday (Dec. 30, 2019) in record time as we had no heat due to malfunctioning approx 25 yr old furnace. They installed both , were courteous in notifying us when they would arrive, laid down cover on our carpet , were polite, installed, cleaned up everything, tested and explained how to use -- and would recommend them. Very professional. I was really expecting there to be problems but pleasantly surprised everything went very smoothly. They managed to replace furnace and AC in 1 day. The installers clearly knew their stuff and when finished, explained functionality, made recommendations and cleaned up everything thoroughly. Well done!

This is the second furnace we've had installed for us. Each time, the complete process was organized and completed in a matter of days. We also have a maintenance contract with Columbus Worthington Air. This gives us the assurance that our furnace and air conditioner units are working well. First off, Brian Rensi was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable with a plethora of financing options to offer us for our new furnace and AC combo install. He offered a zero pressure situation for us when he had given us our estimate originally. I would recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for replacements HVAC. Secondly, the installers, Rob C. And Winson S. were a rockstar team during our install. They were Polite, Courteous, and efficient as they worked in our home. Their end result was an exceptionally clean install of our new furnace and AC. All of the wires were neatly tucked and all of the plumbing was ran very neatly. They were very informative at the end of the install, giving me a quick rundown on the entire finished product. All in all I will continue to give my business to Worthington air and their rockstar team. 5/5 stars.
