Trent came out quickly after being called and inspected old unit. Gave prompt quote for a new unit and was very responsive to messages about new installation . Mark installed new heater/AC unit for us today. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Very kind young man. Like others have said, they arrived on time, did the install and left the outside cleaner than they found it. This is our first time using them but would definitely recommend Climate Control in the future.

Trent was very helpful in selecting the correct replacement Mini Split HVAC unit. Mark and his partner did a fantastic job of removing the existing unit and replacing the mini split including new refrigerant line in a very challenging location. Left no mess. Cleaned up everything. Good job, Guys!

Jason was a great tech and helped to repair both my air-con units when they went down to electrical issues. Not only did he do the work to repair the unit itself, but also went out of his way to fix a lingering breaker panel issues that led to one of the units going down. Mark and his teammate arrived as scheduled and introduced themselves. He worked most of the day installing our new ac/heating unit. After installation,he came inside to check that the unit was functioning properly. He answered all questions and was professional and courteous. Each time before entering the home,he knocked and put on shoe covers. Bonus and beyond the requirements: He took time to make friends with my dog,Lucky! I will request Mark if needed in the future!

Another AC company said they'd be at my location at 0830. They were a no show and didn't answer the phone. I understand life happens, but communicate to your customer when you can't make schedules appointments. I called Climate Control System and they arrived ON TIME. That means everything to me. Do what you say you're gonna do. The technician was very professional and fixed the issue as promised. Im very pleased.

I have used Climate Control since 2010 and they have always been responsive, polite, on time, and able to fix any issue I have had. Recently I was concerned about my HVAC unit running and running. I called the office and Alan Shifferly came out within two hours! He inspected the unit, found an issue, fixed it, and reassured me that if I had any further issues, I should give them a call. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I use their service agreement so that my unit is inspected twice a year.
