Another AC company said they'd be at my location at 0830. They were a no show and didn't answer the phone. I understand life happens, but communicate to your customer when you can't make schedules appointments. I called Climate Control System and they arrived ON TIME. That means everything to me. Do what you say you're gonna do. The technician was very professional and fixed the issue as promised. Im very pleased.

I have used Climate Control since 2010 and they have always been responsive, polite, on time, and able to fix any issue I have had. Recently I was concerned about my HVAC unit running and running. I called the office and Alan Shifferly came out within two hours! He inspected the unit, found an issue, fixed it, and reassured me that if I had any further issues, I should give them a call. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I use their service agreement so that my unit is inspected twice a year. I couldn't be any happier with the service I got. Greg keep up with me and wanted the job. He would call to check on getting the job. that really meant a lot to me. The 3 men that put it in was so nice and made sure I understood how to work my unit. Greg was a nice person to come out and give me the cost. I cant say enough about these men. I had an old heat pump replaced, and after talking to T****, I bought a Trane unit. I am very happy I choose Climate Control. T**** was very nice and professional, he recommended what my house needed, and after getting it installed, works great. M***, E****,and C****, the installers, were the best. Super knowledgeable, nice, and cleaned up after themselves. Now my home is nice and comfortable.

People...if you got a new AC unit and didnt get it through Climate Control System, You Missed Out!!! These guys are super professional, courteous, friendly, and funny. The team gives a down home felling to everybody they meet. These guys excerise great team building qualities and a respectful manor that you wouldn't believe. Not to mention, they are sooooo easy to look at.They worked hard and explained the process for my understanding.Can you say gentlemen; they even cleaned up after themselves. Handsome and outrageously professional. Jeff, it takes a great guy to pick great guys. I will recommend Climate everyday of the week. Climate Control Systems of Greenwood, Inc of Greenwood SC is a very professional company that is known for quality work. I recently just had a new AC unit and 90% Furnace installed and couldn't be happier. All of the installers were very professional and on time each day, of the two days it took to complete the work. I also have used them in the past for the semi-annual and annual maintenance on our previous unit and they were able to make it last for another three years before it finally gave out (approx. 15 year old unit). I will continue to use this service as well. I would highly recommend Climate Control Systems for any AC work whether it be a new unit or keeping your old one alive.

Great company! Very friendly & knowledgeable about their services. Did an excellent job installing a heat pump for my upstairs and changing the downstairs from oil to propane heat. They cleaned up after themselves & carried off the oil furnace unit. My new home was built in 1910 so lots of challenges getting everything connected up & working right, though they made it seem simple. My 3,000sq. foot home is the way it should be! Highly recommend them for your heating & air conditioning needs!
