I’ve been a customer of Chappell Central for over 40 years and here’s why: Today, our air conditioner stopped working. At 4:05pm I called the office to report the problem. The service center responded by saying they would get a technician to look at it today. Within 15 minutes a technician called to say he was just finishing a job and would arrive within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part and had the AC working by 4:50! That’s what I call customer service!! Duaine Amundson Willmar

Both Fran and Brad did a terrific job with the install. The cleanup was also so good that the basement was cleaner than when they started! Would highly recommend Chappell Central!

Fran and Brad recently installed my new furnace and Fran recently installed my new air conditioner. They were efficient, pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Fran and Brad and Chappell Central. I am also extremely pleased with Randy who developed the quote, answered my many questions very promptly and thoroughly and filed all the paperwork for available rebates. Everyone at Chappell Central exceeded my high expectations. I highly recommend Chappell Central for your heating and cooling needs. Thanks again to all of you! I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Chappell Central on annual maintenance for the furnace and air conditioner.
