I had Zach and Troy come to my house on Tuesday July 3, 2018 to perform annual maintenance work on my furnace, air conditioner and tankless hot water heater, all of which were originally installed by your company. I would like to congratulate both Troy and Zach for their quick and efficient work while performing cleaning and testing of my equipment. Both were very friendly and courteous, despite some cramped working conditions, which reflects well upon themselves and on your organization. They are the "front line troops" when it comes to people forming an opinion of the level of service they have received. I have had such a great experience with Carleton Refrigeration that I contacted them again to do an A/C and Furnace Service, Zach was punctual and very professional. He was here to do the furnace service only. He was prepared with all the tools required. He seemed to have a bit of difficulty removing some components and showed some of his inexperience as he was using his phone as a flashlight and had a few issues with reassembly and getting the furnace to work. Troy showed up to perform the a/c service and helped him trouble shoot and complete the job. Over all I believe with more time, training and experience, Zach will be an outstanding technician He inadvertently unplugged or jostled the power to my internet and media and I had to replace a power unit for both the Rogers and media centre. The time stamp on the frozen screen occurred when he was attempting to plug in his vacuum. I spoke to the company and they have offered up a credit even though I declined the offer and they would not take no for an answer. another reason I love this company as they seem to truly stand behind their employees and workmanship. Troy was amazing as usual. He was punctual, patient for the other technician to complete his work, and he was thorough and professional. Patrick was here as scheduled and in less than 45 minutes had his work complete.
