He fixed it all and we are super happy to have our air scrubber back! Also, we enjoyed the company of Derick Brawner (plumber) who replaced our garbage disposal and helped with draining the washing machine through the drip pan. I also found Brandon on the phone super nice!! I have never had a bad experience with any employee from Boothes Heating, Air, and Plumbing!! You are all way above 5 stars in my book. I called Boothe's to have my HVAC system checked. Josh showed up and handled the issue promptly and professionally. While here I inquired on their plumbing work because I have been wanting to replace a water heater that had lived a long and successful life and was, frankly, on borrowed time. An hour later Patrick F stopped by to discuss options. I selected a new water heater and said it was no rush since I wasnt experiencing a problem. Two days later (today) Patrick returned and installed the new unit. From their scheduler Dawn (who was friendly and courteous with her timely updates thanks Dawn!) to both Josh and Patrick who were knowledgeable, professional and dependable; their customer service is the best in the business. We are extremely pleased with the quality of equipment, customer service and attention to detail. You may be able to shop around and find a slightly better price but you wont find the intangibles that make Boothe's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction a top priority. Well done.

I cant say enough good things about this company and their employees. This past week we had 2 awesome techs, Mike and Bernie, they were so knowledgeable and every step of the way they provided great service! Bernie and Mike showed up from Boothe's they were honest and extremely competent technician. They showed us all of the problems with the HVAC unit and plumping issues as well as things we didn't notice and all for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be using Boothe's again. and Thank them both so much for their knowledge and reliability. They were also very nice people! Thank you for your honesty and efficiency Boothe's. Ryan and Emily came to my home to repair a leaky Garden Tub faucet. Ryan quickly assessed the problem, explained the problem thoroughly and provided me repair options in less than 20 minutes. Ryan and Emily quickly repaired the problem and had the water back on in minimum time with very little interruption to the household routine. I called Boothe's for their tune-up special. It is so hard to find an honest company for most anything. The technician did not try the "bait and Switch " that other companies have tried. The other companies that I tried would say that the special didn't cover some maintenance that needed done and would charge extra. The technician did everything that was expected and said that all looked good. He even went above and beyond by looking at pipes and insulation while under my house since I told him that I wasn't crazy about going into the crawl space to make sure nothing was amiss. I will definitely use their service again.

TL;DR: Quality service from an honest Mom-and-Pop shop with "small" features that make a big difference. SCHEDULING: I scheduled with Mark over the phone last week, who said he would get me the 0730-0830 slot on Wednesday since their training was cancelled for the week; unfortunately by 0835 they had not shown up, so I called and spoke to Naomi over the phone. She indicated that they were having the training and it was very unusual for them to schedule during that time, and that they had me on the schedule as the standard call-1-hour-ahead in the afternoon. I had scheduling conflicts for the afternoon but agreed to work with them; a few minutes later, Naomi called back and told me they had moved my appointment up to the first call slot, 1000-1030, which was perfect! Very satisfied that they could accommodate me last minute like this. THE WORK: My technician, Garrett, called me an hour ahead and arrived right on time. He was very professional but also very personable. He wore little booties that slip over his shoes so they don't get your floors dirty from going in/out of the house, and he was very gentle and considerate with all the hardware and tools he was using, taking the extra time to softly lower parts to the floor and not bang up my walls. For each test and check he performed, Garrett explained everything in layman's terms, using comparisons that any person can understand, even a very non-HVAC savvy person like myself. He made it clear that Boothe's wants everyone to understand exactly what they are investing in and why they perform the tests that they do; in essence, you know exactly what you're paying for! Garrett is "just" a junior technician, but I would have never known based on his knowledge and expertise. He was honest with his assessments, never pushed a sale, and was kind enough to roll up my hose when he was done, even in the drizzling rain. OVERALL: The little things are really what shine here - Boothe's people treat you like real people! They *want* to see you twice a year, and they want that experience to be positive and worth your money. I will be very happy to welcome Boothe's into my home in the spring for my AC tune-up! :-)
