Reese did excellent service on both our boiler and A/C this week. He was very thorough and found issues that needed to be addressed on both, that our previous service company had missed...he spent extra time with me, showing me how to properly drain the boiler, and understanding why it needed to be done in order to best maintain the unit. Once again Curtis Snipes did outstanding diagnosis and repair work for us. When a bearing went bad on the compressor fan motor and made a high squeal, I shut it off, called Bolton's after-hours message and requested Curtis. He came the next day first thing and in only half an hour tested all relevant electrical and mechanical circuits and parts related to the AC unit, then called in the order for a new fan motor. He returned the next day and put in the new motor and explained everything he had done, and why. He's a skilled electrician who knows how to work fast and, more rare, knows how to talk to people and explains technical things clearly. I always request him now for our hvac service. He is outstanding. I also commend Bolton on their great service scheduling secretaries. No menus, all people who answer, and very efficient.

Curtis Snipes is a terrific technician for both AC and furnace service. Last summer he really saved us when he came to replace a pump on our ac when we were at the beach and we had a house-sitter. Our sitter had a tight schedule but Curtis was really flexible and found a time when both could meet up and get it done before we returned. And now today, a summer later, he saved us from record high temperatures and no AC again by slotting us in as soon as he had a cancellation a full 6 hours earlier than we expected anyone to be available, and then by quickly and expertly diagnosing our problem as two blown 25 amp fuses and one bad capacitor in our 1987 Trane. It was fixed and cooling in less than half and hour after he arrived. He always calls before coming and is so polite. Best of all, he really knows his stuff and has the right parts stocked in his truck. And if you do diy like I do and want to really know what is wrong with anything hvac that isn't working,, he is willing to show you and explain just what he is doing Thank you Curtis!

So impressed and happy with my service from Bolton today! The scheduler was very courteous and I was able to get a same day appointment. My service provider, Eric, called to verify 20 minutes before he arrived. Eric was able to not only fix the problem that I had requested service for quickly and efficiently, he also discovered the reason for two other issues we have been having. So relieved that they are both something that can be fixed! Eric is very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing and HVAC, and was so considerate to always wear shoe covers in the house.

Bolton service has maintained my heating and air conditioning services for more than 10 years now and I couldn't ask for better service. This week two of their technicians, ****** and **** replaced a leaking condenser coil in one of the units and I was very pleased with their service. The work was done when promised and at the price quoted. These technicians are very courteous, do a great job and really represent a great service company well. Just what I expected from Bolton Service.
