The ENTIRE Blue Flame Team impressed the ____ out of me!!!! From the service technicians, to Brandon (Thank you for Your Service... and Welcome Home!)who provided us with an exceptional quote after diligent assessment of the problem, to Shaun and Hunter, who were respectful, professional, and extremely efficient... They hauled out the old furnace, installed the new furnace, rerouted ducting, cleaned up... EXTREMELY thorough... to Kaimana at the office making sure everything was done to expectation and satisfaction. Hats off to the entire Team for making such an "un-sexy" expenditure, such the great experience. I CANNOT commend them enough... I'm in "sales", and this experience is the epitome of Customer Service, and Satisfaction. Thank you so much!!! and Rock-On!!!! You guys/gals are the BEST!!!!

I cannot comment about the service, as I have decided to hold off on adding air conditioning to my townhouse for a year. However, I had another company (sent by Home Depot) out who quoted about $13,000 to add the AC because I was told I needed a new furnace and cold air return if I were to add AC. Kyler from Blue Flame came out and quoted me about half that price. I asked about the need to replace the furnace or add more cold air returns and he said it would be helpful for added efficiency of the new unit, but the added efficiency would not pay for itself within the lifetime of the unit, so he would not recommend it. I am so very thankful for the honesty of this company and their representatives who were willing to quote me on just the work I needed and not try to up-sell me as much as they possibly could. The company from Home Depot wouldn't even return my phone calls after I was a little reluctant to pay 13k for their services and I had more questions. Blue Flame will definitely have my business when I do decide to add air (probably next spring before the rush).
