Al came out the same day as I called. MY AC failed and froze up due to condensor leak. A new condensor is on order and will be installed when available.

Blue Flame installed a new furnace, new air scrubber and wi fi thermostat for me. Their price was very competitive and the service was great! They came on time, explained everything they were doing and got it all done quickly. We will definitely use them again if we have any additional upgrades or issues. Oh and they had the best warranty out of all the shops I looked at.

I collected estimates from 4 contractors. Blue Flame was not the lowest bid, but did have the best warranty and online reviews overall. Sales rep was thorough, not pushy, and helped me select equipment that offered the most efficiency for my budget. We settled on a 2 stage multi-speed furnace (American Standard Gold Furnace) paired with a 13 SEER 4 ton A/C. Our home did not previously have A/C so new electrical and refridgerant lines were needed. Kept my exisiting Nest thermostat. Blue Flame was able to install everything within 24 hours of signing the contract. The crew was very professional and courteous. I didn't find a single "mistake" - no holes drilled in the wrong place, no messed up paint, no missing caulk...everything looks great. Total cost after tax was $12K.

Really nice and professional gentlemen. I was like some folks who kind of hover around while the work is being done. Just idle chit chat mostly. These guys were very nice, courteous, and helpful. If I had questions or concerns they didn't hesitate to answer them. It was a pleasure having them in my home. My new air conditioning they installed works absolutely fantastic. The next time I have heating or cooling issues, I will not hesitate to call Blue Flame Heating & Air Conditioning. I am unable to remember the electricians name, my bad memory unfortunately. But he was very professional and explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He even pointed out a few issues in my electrical panel and offered to send a couple of quotes to see what it would cost to "clean" it up. I am very impressed with the speed at which this all occurred. The salesman came out to discuss it on a Wednesday, I ok'd it the next day, and Friday they were here installing it. The only area in which I am slightly disappointed is when we spoke with the salesman about the thermostat, I thought he understood we wanted to be able to control it from our phones. It was until the install that we found out we would need another $100 piece of equipment to do t hat. However, he may have misunderstood what we meant by wireless thermostat. As the one we got is wireless, the actual thermostat I mean. But as I said, it was only a slight disappointment. I have already ordered the internet gateway module for the Honeywell system. All in all, I am very happy with my Blue Flame experience.

I contracted them to add a AC unit to my home, in a community with tight property lines and space to install. They knocked it out of the park. I appreciate the attention to detail that Blue Flame had from start to finish. Starting with the estimate and providing options, to the actual installation of the unit. There was communication through out the process and my opinions mattered, which was important to me. The installation team was friendly and explained several times during the day their progress, plus potential barriers. I never felt out of the loop and it was a very clean install, very mindful about the appearance of my property. Their follow up from the office and helping setup the inspections with the local government agency is appreciated. I cannot say enough positive things about Blue Flame, do not regret my decision and like how they operate their business.

Hands-down the best experience I have ever had with a company. Al is the best technician I’ve ever dealt with in my entire four years of being a home owner. He was very easy to talk to you, very knowledgeable, and expert in his field and a was just a very pleasurable experience. I definitely recommend this company, especially Al, to all potential future customers.
