Sales person, office staff, and installation crew were all top notch. Equipment is great. Would use Blue Flame again and did sign up for the maintenance plan which is a good deal. Very satisfying experience.

I called for an annual tune up and furnace inspection. I was given a date and a time the following week. Miriam called to remind me of the appointment the evening before, and I was called the morning of the appointment, before the technician was dispatched. Danny B showed up shortly after. He looked over the equipment, and returned to his truck to get his tools. He cleaned the furnace inside and out, then checked and cleaned the internal parts, burners, valves, etc. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. The furnace was installed by Blue Flame Heating a little over a year ago. I have always had positive results when dealing with everyone at Blue Flame Heating. Office staff and technicians.

The ENTIRE Blue Flame Team impressed the ____ out of me!!!! From the service technicians, to Brandon (Thank you for Your Service... and Welcome Home!)who provided us with an exceptional quote after diligent assessment of the problem, to Shaun and Hunter, who were respectful, professional, and extremely efficient... They hauled out the old furnace, installed the new furnace, rerouted ducting, cleaned up... EXTREMELY thorough... to Kaimana at the office making sure everything was done to expectation and satisfaction. Hats off to the entire Team for making such an "un-sexy" expenditure, such the great experience. I CANNOT commend them enough... I'm in "sales", and this experience is the epitome of Customer Service, and Satisfaction. Thank you so much!!! and Rock-On!!!! You guys/gals are the BEST!!!!
