We had scheduled a routine check-up for our air conditioning system. Deo noted a loss of coolant and was not able to refill the system. He set up the conditions so that a future trip would be able to correct the problem. He advised us about the charges and that warranty issues may apply. We are waiting for a return call from the company to find out when they can complete the repairs.

I had my annual a/c tune-up today and Jim was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have had him do the tune-up in years past and was very pleased to see him again.

I had an annual check of my home air conditioner done by Beverly Services. Everything was pronounced fine but four days later my air conditioner was not cooling my home at all. I made arrangements for them to come and check it again. Two very nice gentlemen came and worked about an hour and a half on it and determined the problem was a blocked coil. I did have to pay for a diagnostic check in addition to the previous check-up fee already paid. An appointment was made to replace the coil and about a week later another service man came and checked out the air conditioner. His name was Jim F*******. He spent about two hours and determined it was not the coil but a valve that needed replaced. It ended up costing me $30.00 less than the coil replacement estimate was originally. Thankfully my air conditioner seems to be working just fine now.

We have dealt with Hafer/ Beverly Services for over thirty years. Never had a bad experience. Today, Field Technician Steve R****** came for scheduled service of our air condtioning system. He was quite thorough and did a great job. One observation. I noted he had an impressive tool kit. When I asked him about it, I found he bought it on his own from a company dealing in this field. He had all the tools he needed specific to his duties. Having worked in the airline industry for over forty years, I appreciate the individual that out of pride equips himself to do the best, most efficient job. He is a great asset to Beverly Services.
