I cannot explain how wonderful Kenny was. He was professional, knowledgeable and just fantastic. My son, who is 14, loves to see how machines work and Kenny took the time to explain everything he was doing. Absolutely will recommend Kenny and DuctCare to EVERYON...

I cannot say enough good things about this company!! From my first phone encounter with them for booking my appointment, to the very last encounter which was them leaving after the job for air duct and dryer vent cleanings. Kenny R. and Stacy, the employee he was training had excellent personalities; kind and reassuring and pleasant throughout the entire visit. Kenny R. was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me using before and after photos to aid him. They did a great job on the cleanings and I have the before and after pictures to show it! They also cleaned up after themselves. After the job I was given a checklist of everything they were required to do which required me to confirm. Also, Kenny went above and beyond when I asked him how to take my vacuum apart for cleaning and put it back together! What a guy! What a company!! If you hire this company you will know you are in the best of hands! Ask for Kenny R. for a wonderful experience! ️️️️️

My expierence with Better Air was fantastic! My technician was Tyrone and he couldn't have done a more professional job. He arrived right at the beginning of the service call window and called when he was within a few minutes of arriving. He was very courteous and respectful of not only me but my home as well. He explained the job in a very thorough manner so there were no surprises and I would understand the complete job. I am very happy with the results of the work done and not only would I recommend Better Air, and Tyrone, to everyone but i will not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Showed up on time and left the house clean. Really surprised at the difference it made, the system seems to run better dumping more air into rooms. Guess less friction from dirt in vents to slow it down. Made a bigger difference than I thought.

My technician was Mario, who kept his word, and returned the next day to complete the job. He did a very good cleaning of the A/C condenser (it now looks new on the inside), and the inflow & out flow air ducts are ready for another ~8 years before they need cleaning. At last, he sent me before & after pictures and videos of the job, that I was able to pass onto a buyer of my home, to satisfy the home inspection requirement.

The appointment was a little rushed. I don’t feel as though things were explained very thoroughly as I would have liked given this was my first experience with them. There was tons of dirt and dust left behind on my washer, dryer and floor that was not cleaned up and I did not discover this until after they left. All in all, I do not feel as if the duct cleaning that was done was worth over $500.

Ken and he's trainee Alex were very helpful and showed me before pics and after pics.They clean up any mess and even clean my ceiling fan blades which was so sweet of Ken. Ken answer any questions I had. I would ask for him next time when I do the job again.

This is the first time working with Better Air. I spoke with Steve when I called to inquire about their services. He was very helpful and professional. He set up an appointment for the technicians to come to my home and give me a written estimate. What I liked most was after explaining what was to be done and giving me the written estimate, they began and finished the work that day. Stanley and Kenny did the duct cleaning in my home. They were very professional and explained everything that they were going to do. They provided before and after pictures which were amazing to see how clean the ducts were after being cleaned. They were very neat and left the areas where they worked very clean. I would highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of having Stanley W. of Better Air complete the cleaning of all the ducts, returns and trunk lines in my house. Upon his arrival, he explained the cleaning process which I previewed previously on-line. He arrived on time, wore plastic booties on his feet from the time he entered the house, and he was very thorough in his work. He showed me before and after videos he took of each vent as I watched him efficiently do his job. He was professional, respectful, polite, extremely competent and personable. He took the time necessary to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The equipment is commercial-grade with a high capacity cfm (cubic feet per minute) suction of air into his robot-like portable vacuum. I would not hesitate to recommend Better Air to anyone considering a whole-house duct work cleaning. Definitely a 5 out of 5 star rating

Excellent service. Stanley was able to thoroughly clean all vents and trucks. The amount of junk that was suck up was amazing (33 years since the house was built and this was the first cleaning)

Stanley was super kind, professional and efficient. He took the time to explain my system to me as well as show me videos and photos of the black mold within our system. He noticed we don’t have an attic fan and suggested getting one installed to help regulate the temperature in the hot months. He not only cleaned up after the cleaning but also swept up our dog hair under our dryer (used the dryer plug, so he pulled it out) and took out my full garbage for me. Wonderful experience with him, and the mold is gone, so we can breath easy.

Stanley was very much a gentleman and was extremely through in his work.Stanley showed us pictures of our gross vents,didn't realize how we could be breathing all these impurities. So glad we made the right choice. A little expensive but well worth it. Thank you Better Air

How do you get excited about having your home duct work cleaned? First, I didn’t know it was necessary. Stanley for Better Air arrived on time. He proceeded to show the “ how” situation of the dirt and filth in our duct work that we were breathing every day. After his cleaning and sanitizing, he showed the “after” results of his work. Amazing is best summed. Great work, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend everyone address this issue of health!

I was not happy that someone did not come out and provide free estimate. Stanley was awesome, but the person I spoke to on the phone said it would be no more than $629.00 tax included and invoice came to $918.00
