I would recommend Better Air to anyone that needs air duct cleaning. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant from beginning to end. The best part was the quote I received on the phone did not change when they arrived for the inspection and written estimate. Kenny was meticulous and thorough, sharing information with me throughout the whole process, showing me before and after pictures and explaining what was next. He even removed and washed every floor vent cover and made sure to clean up any debris created through the process. I'd highly recommend this company!

I was promised after photos/videos of the work done but never received them. I only received 1 photo of the before photo. Also, the person who came out, left my basement doors completely open after he finished the work which created a problem with my tenants as they store their personal belongings there.

Our ducts needed a serious cleaning and Mario did a thorough job! Although a bit pricey (we have 2 furnace systems) we can already feel a difference in our air. No more morning sniffles for our family! I highly recommend if you’ve moved into a new house (previous owners had the ducts cleaned 16 years ago!) or had dusty renovations.

Yesterday, they sent Mario Harnández, a field supervisor to do the work. He was super professional. He explained all of the steps of the process and worked systematically from the outside in. Kenny was my Technician that came to the house. Kenny was very professional and did a good job cleaning the ducts from top to bottom. Kenny is very knowledgeable about the work he does.
