I am using Better Air for the first time today to clean out our air ducts and dryer vent. Calling Better Air was the best decision I could have made. I couldn't be happier with the work Kenneth and Josh did. They honestly deserve 10 stars!!! When you meet them and they review what they are going to do you automatically (I do not use that word loosely either) feel comfortable and know your job will be done correctly, efficiently and with a positive pleasant attitude. Both Kenneth and Josh work great together! They know their business inside and out and that goes along way when hit with some challenges like my dryer vent! They have done an impeccable job!!!! I would describe it as "pristine" work done with a positive friendly attitude. If you saw the before and after pictures you would completely understand why I say pristine!!! They encountered a challenge with my dryer vent but never gave up and throughout the entire job they were pleasant, kind, took the time to explain what they were doing. Again, If they did not know their business inside and out I would have had a house fire from my dryer. Thank you very much !!!!

Better Air did such an amazing job. They walked through the whole process from start to finish. They were thorough and clean. Personable and affordable. Bill R. First time our 25 year old HVAC system duct work was professionally cleaned. The only "before picture" indicated just a small accumulation of dust - I attribute this to regular filter changes. The "after picture" did show that this type of cleaning process works well. The furnace blower was also cleaned and now the heating side of the system appears to operate more efficiently

Better Air just came and cleaned out our duct system. We recently moved into this condo and were experiencing lots of sneezing and respiratory issues. The day following the work by Mario was like magic. I did not wake up feeling like my head was stuffed with cotton. The work Mario did was efficient, effective, and very professional. My initial phone call with steve was great. He informed me of the estimate and was very informative of the process on how the cleaning will be done. I had an 8-10 window and was told the tech will call about 30 minutes before ..They called at 730. Techs were Ken and Josh. Ken explained to me the process again and showed me what they would be using. He also took before and after pics of the main ducts. They were very proficient and took care in making their way around my house. I feel the pricing was fair for the job done.I would recommend Better Air for duct work cleaning....jim fabretti

Overall a very good experience. Very good work at a fair price. Ken and Josh, our two technicians explained the work needed and recommended. They were both courteous and professional. They respected our property/house and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Better Air as a duct cleaning company.

Ken was a great technician. He was eager to explain everything he did and also provided the visual to make sure everything was done meticulously . Cant imagine having anyone better to come into our home and take care of the much needed vent cleaning. When i need their services again, i will be sure to request him by name.
