The response time to my service request was excellent. I submitted an online request at around midnight for a non-emergency issue and they responded at 7:45 the next morning. A technician (Dennis) was able to come to my house early that afternoon. Dennis diagnosed the problem quickly and provided the necessary interventions. He answered all of my questions and offered extra valuable advice. Dennis was very personable and generous with his time. I would certainly call them again for future HVAC issues.

He listened to our A/C needs and concerns and recommended a couple of A/C units pointing out the advantages of each and possible things to consider. Jamieson's follow-up after our first meeting and then after the A/C was installed reassured us that he would be there should there be any "glitches" with the installation or performance of the A/C. We are totally happy with the A/C unit, the speed it was installed, at a time of the 2018 heat wave, and the service Jamieson provided.

I was looking for a company to do potential work on our heating and cooling systems. After contacting several companies via homestars and from the web, I am confident that if/when we go ahead with our work, we will choose Belyea. I spoke with Elaine on the phone. She was well informed and was easy to talk to. She even followed up with an email to recap all that was discussed. I definitely appreciate this level of professionalism and service. Other companies that I contacted either couldn't answer questions or were just in a rush to come onsite without actually wanting to discuss what work was actually required! I didn't feel comfortable going ahead with those companies for obvious reasons.

We have used Belyea Brothers for the past two years. In addition to having them repair our A/C unit several times, we have had them work on our boiler. We have found Belyea Brothers to be reliable and dependable. They have responded quickly, and the technicians have been courteous and professional. Pricing has been fair, and we have been very pleased with their service. We have now enrolled in an annual maintenance program for these systems, which we hope will help us to avoid more costly repairs in the future.

Well, I can't believe these folks haven't had a review on Yelp. They are great. Our A/C was acting up during this heat wave. I noticed some water on the floor in the basement. So I turned it off and called them right at 8 am. I spoke with a very nice gal who said while they were quite booked up, they were going to try to get someone to call me and see me that same day. A little while later I received a call from the technician, who said that he was going to be in my area in a couple of hours on a different call and would definitely try to stop in. He agreed he would call us to give some notice before he did so. So about 2 and a 1/2 hours later I got another call, and he came over, and he took a look and fortunately it was just the drain that needed flushing, so he got some nitrogen, flushed it out, hooked everything back up, and we were all done and back in business. All we had to do was put some fans on the floor to dry up any residual dampness. By the next morning everything was back to shipshape - floor dry, and our house was back to a great temp!! Thanks to Charly who was a great tech. Friendly and professional. And thanks to Accu-Serv for getting us up and running so quickly. We would recommend you guys in a heartbeat!! PS They send you the bill by email, and it's easy to pay it online. These folks understand what it is to give great service!

Red tagged furnace serviced First time use of Belyea for furnace repair and I was very happy with the service. They were professional from start to finish. Someone answered the phone on the first call, made an appointment window time and set up a 30 minute notification call in advance of the technician's arrival, as it was a tenanted property (very convenient for me). Dillon, the technician, was very efficient and knowledgeable about the furnace. He went about verifying the problem identified by Enbridge in the red tag, from multiple approaches and fixed the issues. He was safety focused and verified all aspects of the operation of the furnace to confirm it was safe to operate (CO2 levels at heat exchanger, gas leakage using meter for verification, soapy water to check for leaks at locations identified by Enbridge, smelling for leakage). It's an old furnace in an older home. I appreciate that Dillon did not try to up-sell me a new furnace, as seems to be the all-to-often approach of many other HVAC contractors. The company was clear about the cost of the service, which included an initial call-out fee and then a service fee, once the problem was identified and fixed. Everything was fair, professional, quick and transparent...exactly what I'm looking for in a service provider! Should the need arise, I would use Beylea again and would recommend their services.

Made sure our home stayed toasty warm Our radiators were cold the morning of January 19 - turned out the boiler was out. I called Belyea Bros, and Chelsea & Elaine (who were both very friendly despite handling a gazillion emergency calls that day) arranged for someone to come to our home sometime after 12 noon. Dylan arrived before 11 a.m., which was much appreciated! He was quick to diagnose the problem as a faulty (antique-ish) thermostat and installed an easy-to-use digital one for us. It was clear from the outset that Dylan really knows what he's doing, he was very patient with all our questions, and instructed me clearly in how to operate the new thermostat. This terrific service reminds me why we have used Belyea Bros for several years - our service agreement with them sure came in handy today. (Note that this review is posted a bit late as I had challenges in submitting it)
