Met with Tyler C. yesterday and today I have a new furnace. Tyler was knowledgeable and professional. Very easy to talk with.No hard sell! Dealing with him made it easy to come to a decision quickly. I spoke with Katie on the phone, she set me up with a service appointment ASAP which lead to a new furnace installation by Steve and Grayson. They were quick, clean, polite, and the work they performed was perfect. You (hopefully) don't need to purchase a furnace every day, but if I had to, these would be the folks I would be buying from every time. 4/13/19 - So in follow up to my install, I had a service call today because my AC wasn’t working. I called yesterday at 6pm and Don W. Came from Arlinghaus this morning at 8am. He very quickly found the problem(a burned out capacitor most likely connected improperly at the manufacturer) and fixed it. He then gave me options to keep the system running more smoothly in future, including a Compressor Saver to keep hard starts from slowly wearing down my system. All in all a great visit and another great experience with Arlinghaus.

My air conditioning was not working in the home I had just moved into. Arlinghaus had installed it originally, so I called them. The response was quick and courteous. The service man, James, was knowledgeable, clean, courteous and willing to answer my questions. After he left, the AC unit still was not cooling. I called again. Arlinghaus was willing to make a night service call. However, since it was not an emergency, we set it up for the next day. The next day, Kyle, was the serviceman also very polite and seemed knowledgeable. He determined that the compressor was bad. The unit was less than a year old so it was covered under factory warranty. The next day, Kyle, installed a new unit and left thinking all was well. Again, no AC. I called again, and James came out the next day and worked on the unit. Ultimately, he found an extremely rare problem. There was a blockage in the Freon valve preventing the coolant from circulating. He cleaned the valve and reinstalled it, and the A/C is now working perfectly. While this was an ordeal, the Arlinghaus management and the servicemen were diligent in staying with the task until it was working properly. I rank the company and the servicemen with a five star rating. Hats off to Kyle and James!
