Our furnace stopped working on a Friday night when it was 0 degrees out. I called Arco Comfort Air and within 30 min they had called me back and informed me that someone would be on there way in a 2 hour time frame. Jason M. came out, was very nice and professional. He explained what needed to be done and about how much it would cost so there were no surprises. He worked with my schedule the next day and was prompt and efficient at getting the furnace up and running. Great service, I will definitely be using them again!

My experience with Arco comfort was not comfortable at all. I am a College Professor in a small college town renovating a beautiful old house. Unfortunately, Arco’s installers caused such severe damage to my house, that I have not been able to move yet. Arco was asked to install a vent near an entrance to an upstairs bedroom, in which there was no vent. Trusting Arco’s expert technician, I left for work, with the belief they knew what they were doing. When I came back to the house, I was shocked to see that the beautiful 120 years old wood floor was destroyed. The “expert” cut a huge trench across the entire room. This was the worst, but not the only damage. In addition, Arco’s installers damaged the door and entryway to the house, as well as some ceilings. They cut through electric wires and even the installation of the furnace itself was poorly done, leaving many gaps and holes in the pipes for the air to escape. Arco’s reaction to my complaint made things much worse. They took three weeks to respond and to send someone to fix the damage, They had incredible gall to send the same person who caused the damage, but I refused to let that person touch anything in the house again. As a result of the delay, I lost much more money because my contractor was not able to continue working until the floor was fixed, and I had to extend my lease on the apartment I rent. The total cost to repair the damage and replace the wood floor was $6500. It has been five months since the damage was done, and Arco has not paid me yet. I’m now considering taking them to court. If you’re considering using Arco Comfort Air, I highly recommend that you reconsider and look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, Arco’s installers caused such severe damage to my house, that I have not been able to move yet. Middle of winter and of course the furnace starts acting up. Called ARCO and right on time, Marvin came out. The problem was diagnosed and a new blower motor was obtained quickly.
