My toilet stopped working, and it was in the middle of shutdown with COVID. I called that morning and the tech was there in the afternoon. They replaced my toilet and I also asked them to look at my kitchen drain that wasn't working properly. They fixed everything in a couple of hours and were very professional. I will be contacting them for all of our plumbing needs!

Very professional.Identified the cause of the problem. Explained how they were going to fix the problem and the cost. I gave them the go ahead. Problem was fixed and then thoroughly tested before they left. Did not feel that they rushed through the job even though it was their last call of the day. Would highly recommend them.

We've used Approved for years. Always VERY professional. They are a little on the expensive side but they are known for NO comebacks. When the job is done it's done right, and you can be assured they won't need to return any time soon. The technicians that came to my home were very respectful and wore masks and booties. They completely cleaned up the area around our kitchen sink leaving it cleaner than when they found it. They arrived on time and when promised. I called in the morning and they had the clog fixed by early afternoon taking only about an hour to unclog a drain and replace the under-sink pipes. Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs.

Russ was awesome to work with! He was friendly and professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. We needed an old leaky spigot replaced and some other items addressed around the bathrooms and kitchens. He did the work quickly and then left a detailed estimate for the rest of the work. Great experience, would hire them again in a heart beat.
