Zach and Darin came out today to install our replacement AC. Talk about very professional, upbeat and very friendly. Our replacement took a bit longer as they had to temporarily remove our gas lines to access the coil, but talk about knowing what they were doing. Solid guys, very honest and when it comes time to replacing our furnace or other HVAC products, I only want these guys. The Sales rep, Ryan was also very easy to work with, knew his products and never tried to upsell. He took the time to explain the differences in AC models and what the ROI would be over several years. Apollo has earned our business and I will be telling others when asked for recommendations. We had our furnace tuned-up by Damon D. today. (I do not see his picture at the top, so he must be a newer technician of yours.) However, he worked like a highly experienced veteran. Damon was very cordial and polite. He was thorough, and he worked with confidence. He worked like he cared about my family and me. We just bought a furnace and air conditioner. I picked Apollo because I saw on Twin Cities Live that they give 3 furnaces a year to people that need one and can't afford one. I was not disappointed. They were awesome. Clay came out and he was so nice .... Chris and Chris did a great job with installing both. My labs were following them around and they were so patient with them. Drew came out for the Op check. He was a big help showing us how to use the thermostat... It was a great experience all around. Thanks Apollo.

Overall great experience. Our technican, Brad, came within the 12-4 time frame. Enroute to our home he called to give us an ETA. He was punctual, professional, and polite. Brad went right to work and after a few minutes he identified the problem to be a bad capacitor. I will use this company again for our future HVAC issues.

I called Apollo for my AC as it wasn't cooling very good. They did a good job with a new furnace a few years ago so thought of them first. My AC was 18 years old and leaking coolant so they fixed me up with a new one and were out the next day to install it. Dan worked all day on it and did a great job and everything passed inspections and is working great. They were very friendly and prompt. They are my go to guys for furnace and ac problems.
