This morning we awoke to no heat. 65 degrees inside 7 degrees outside. Called Apollo emergency line and received a call back from our technician, Alex, within 15 minutes. He helped me trouble shoot over the phone and told me to call back if our system did not begin to heat in a short time. The heat did not kick in so called him back. He came to our home within 20 minutes. Alex was able to make an interim fix to keep us warm through the weekend. We are impressed with the response time and professionalism that we experienced. Alex was caring, polite and knowledgeable. We will recommend Apollo every time.

FF to this winter I have outrageous electric Bill's, due to their incompetence. On top of that the Manger Tanner when confronted essentially told me to go fornicate myself and hung up. He is a disgrace and has no business, in customer service. Do not use them, they will not stand behind their work.

My dad had another local company from Grandview WA working on his furnace for 8 weeks and then they decided that he needed to contact another company! After a phone call to Tanner at Apollo we were scheduled for the very next morning. My dad must have humidity for his use of oxygen, having been without it for 8 weeks was NOT good!! Within a few hours Juan was able to correct all the errors made by the previous company and re-connect wires that were left just hanging! Juan was our technician and was very thorough, patient and kind to my parents! He walked us through everything that he was going to do and then afterward showed us exactly what he did. He didn't try to sell us a new thermostat like the previous company did! An outstanding job, would recommend Apollo to anyone looking for quality workmanship! I am sure that all technicians are as qualified as Juan but my buck lies with Juan! Thank You Juan!

I hired Apollo to replace a heat pump, air handler, humidifier and thermostat. I selected Apollo after reading many reviews, checking a few references and a slight preference for Carrier equipment. There bid was very competitive compared to two other contractors. Patrick and Tim performed the install. They were very professional and experienced. They took care to keep my home clean and the install was done in a very professional manner. After the install, Tim walked me through the install and its use. Its now two weeks after the install and system is working perfectly.

Our A/C was no longer working, so my husband contacted Apollo. We were able to get an appt very fast. Juan was our HVAC technician & he was amazing! He was able to figure out the issue immediately and fixed it. He is very knowledgeable on what he does. He explained everything in great detail, which was very nice so I knew what happened. Juan provided great service and went above and beyond what was expected of him. I have a very old cooling system and he did his best to keep it going, without pressuring me to immediately buy a new unit. He is a great asset to your company. I look forward to working with him again.

Alex was working on the inspection when another tech.showed up.He introduced himself as Juan and said the he was the backflow inspector and that he had just stopped by to check on Alex. I explained the I had just gotten off the phone with Apollo and made a appointment for 7/17. . He called the office and made arrangements with the office and preformed the inspection since he was already here and had time. Alex and Juan both acted professionally. They explained what they were doing and going to do. Then explained the reading they got and what they meant. From a customers perspective its nice to see that the techs. in the field will go the extra distance to improve customer relations. Both of these young men get two thumbs up from me.

I have them check my back flow preventer every year. I schedule it and they take care of it, even e-mailing the results to the city after they have run their tests. Very seamless transaction.

The service guys were great. They were on time, and friendly, and I trust they did great work. The problem I had was with Apollo's scheduling department. My service required parts order and replacement, and the scheduler was not willing to schedule the install until after the parts arrived. This resulted in no AC for just short of a month. If the scheduler had done their job, this would have been a third of that time. I am happy with the work performed, but I am hesitant to have them do work for me in the future because of their bad scheduling practices.

We installed a new heater / air conditioning system 3 years ago and have had myriad technicians over that time. So glad that we are able to request one that remembers, that knows .. We are so happy with ERIC V ... and were willing to wait until he could personally come and do our semi year check up .. Thank you Love your new way of collecting funds -- that you don't expect me to pay the technician while they are here, but to pay when invoiced. Happy that upon the tablets they carry, the technicians can view what has been done in the recent past. Both of these things make a smoother transaction.

Love the semi annual checking of our system -- Each Spring and Fall. Knowing that all the 'machines and parts' are ready for the change of season. We purchased our furnace and heat pump three years ago from Apollo -- some ups and downs.. but now quite satisfied.. Their technician, ERIC, knows our system.. knows our issues, and is well worth the wait to be sure he comes out to service. I love their new system .. Not needing to pay the technician while here -- but waiting until I am mailed the invoice, and now with their new tablets, they can easily see the history of our unit, and what has been recently done The company has really upgraded their customer service over the past three years.. And if you are seeking a technician who is most knowledgeable -- ask for ERIC V.
