Let me start off by saying that I research everything to death. I look for the highest quality products and then look for the lowest price on those products. Before contacting Ameristar Windows I visited 3 Name Brand showrooms and received prices on various quality levels of windows. I was ready to order from another company when Ameristar was recommended to me. Ameristar had the highest quality windows at substantially lower prices than the previous 3 quotes I received. The features of the Ameristar windows were at or above the top level of the Name Brands. I also liked that they are a small business and everything is made in Riverside, California. I probably saved $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 on the entire project. The Installation was seamless. There was only a trace amount of dust from the removal of the existing windows and the installation of the new windows. I have allergies and ran my finger along several surfaces after the installation was complete - almost nothing! Ameristar also installed a 9' long Sliding Glass Door to our patio where a window previously existed. Their finish work is impeccable! The entire installation of 10 Windows and 1 - 9" long Sliding Glass Door took less than 8 hours. Every Window Frame and the Sliding Glass Door was finished to perfection. Every amount of Debris created was removed and deposited in the Trash. The Installation was several months ago and I am still as thrilled with my beautiful new Windows now as the day they were installed. It couldn't have gone any better than I imagine a perfect experience could go. Call Ameristar and see for yourself. The owner himself will come to your house. Fantastic windows and fast installation. The whole process was painless and we love the windows. We had 14 windows and slider with blinds in the glass installed. They make their own windows and they are far superior to major name branded windows. I Would recommend them to anyone looking at replacing old windows.

Great windows and the whole process was very fast. The guys were friendly , fast and took great pride in their installation work. They got the job done in 7-8 hrs and worked through any issues that came up. The only thing I could suggest as an improvement would be to order new uniforms and logos for the trucks as they were showing their age. Also the saw shavings from when they cut the windows was left on the front yard. This is minor and was probably over looked. The windows and work they did far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them other major brand windows that are owned by major corporations

All windows were replaced within eight hours. Once the windows were installed, my wife notice our bathroom windows were different from the ones we ordered. Mike was notified, and we were pleased at how Mike said, "No worries, we will replace them." It was very comforting hearing those words. Our windows are beautiful, and we love how our house looks with the upgrade. The crew that came to our house was A+. We were extremely pleased to see all of their team members had great attitudes, and they worked really well together. My wife and I would recommend Ameristar to anyone who needs window replacement. Ameristar did a great job replacing 26 windows and a sliding patio door for us, and they did it all in one day. The windows look great, and if we didn't have neighbors, I wouldn't even worry about window coverings for most of them. Also, Mike and Maribel were very easy to work with, and made sure I got a replacement on a screen that was supposed to be a pet screen once it was brought to their attention afterwards. I would definitely use this company again.

Ameristar Windows did an Excellent, professional job replacing my windows with energy efficient Windows. Mike the contractor did a great job in explaining the Hero program and the benefit of their windows. The team of Pablo, Francis, Jose and Douglas Alexander also were very good in the job. They were very professional and hardworking. I have a bunch of security alarm sensors and there were issues in them not working, however, the team went above and beyond the job and helped me make sure the sensors worked and at the end of of the job, everything was back to normal. The Windows look gorgeous, my new sliding door is amazing and easy to open and close and secure. I appreciate their hard work, honesty, and dependability. This is a top notch company with great crew.
