Technician Zack Metcalf was called out to repair a leaking kitchen sink faucet. The source of the leak was not obvious but Zack diagnosed it as a faulty cartridge. He gave us multiple options including calling the manufacturer and having them send out a new cartridge. Which he did on our behalf. It was a simple fix once I received the cartridge and it has resolved our leaky faucet issue. Thanks Zack (and Allbritten) for all your advice and assistance in getting this resolved quickly, and with minimal cost.

I have a hard time believing parts & labor would be that much what are they made of gold? Even if they were it wouldn’t be that much. Smh!

Was impressed from the moment I made the call... person who answered the phone was professional and explained the process to me. Tech was at my home within a couple of hours and work was performed quickly and my AC unit was fixed all within a few hours of my initial call.

The reason that they are receiving 5 stars is due to an amazing after hours dispatcher named Regina. She was just an absolute SUPERSTAR and even called the next evening to check on how I was doing. I tried to contact her manager in the office the next day, but THAT phone call was never returned, which was a shame. If it wasnt for Regina, they would have received a 3 star rating, but for people like Regina, I wish I could give her alone 10 stars and a HUG!

Shower knob came off and I wasn't sure how to fix it. They sent someone out that same morning, and had it done with no problems in under an hour. Would definitely use them for all our plumbing needs.

Ian Cline was my service technician. Although I have always been impressed with all of Allbritten's service technicians, Ian was by far the best I've encountered over the past several years. He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained every step he would take to diagnose the problem; explained the identified problem; and provided me options to address the problem and the costs associated with each option. I have used Allbritten for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed in their customer service, prompt response time, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Allbritten for your heating and air conditioning services.

My air conditioning system was not working and I called my longtime service provider, Allbritten Air Conditioning. They immediately sent out Ian Cline who quickly diagnosed the problem as being the circuit board in my furnace which also controlled the fan that blows the cold air through the house vents. Ian replaced the circuit board and had the air back on within 2 hours. Ian not only explained each step of what he was doing, the problem he identified, and the cost to repair it, but he was extremely friendly and professional. I have been using Allbritten for a number of years and I have never been disappointed in their customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Allbritten and their service technicians!

My husband and I have had maintenance contracts for many years with Allbritten/ ABC on the heating and a/c units at our home and another property we own where my son lives. We had Ernesto for several years and missed him when he left. He was replaced by Ian C. This morning Ian performed the spring checkup service on our a/c. He found a relatively minor problem with a capacitor and recommended replacing it. When he called the company on our warranty, he was told that the unit had not been registered in 2014 when it was installed. Ian went above and beyond to obtain the information I needed to contact the company and inquire about filing a late registration. I called the company and was told, “Sorry, too late”. Before writing an angry letter to the installer who failed to register the unit they sold us, I decided to sit down and read the entire warranty contract. I am so happy that I did. There is a clause in the agreement that “Failure by California and Quebec residents to complete the product registration form does not diminish their warranty rights.” I immediately called the company back and informed them that I am a California resident and am now in possession of confirmed Registration Certificates. Without Ian’s follow through, we would never been aware that there was a problem with the registration. I am sure that over the coming years the warranty service will save us quite a bit of money. Thank you Allbritten/ABC for great service over the years, and most of all thank you Ian for being so conscientious and the follow through that brought the problem to our attention.

Service was good! Called first thing in the morning and they were at are house a few hours later. Service tech found the problem and had the part to fix it (gas valve). Only problem they wanted $753 to fix it!!! Plus the $59 service fee which is understandable. I needed it fixed right away because of our newborn baby. $753 for a $150 gas valve and 20 minutes of work is pretty outrageous.
