My experience with Allbritten was excellent! I had a same day appointment and Aaron was great at explaining what he was doing to our tankless water heater when he began working on it. He was friendly, courteous, and considerate. He used gloves, a mask, and shoe covers when he briefly came into our home to check the code on the control. I would highly recommend Allbritten to anyone looking for plumbing and heating services!

During this difficult time of COVID-19 I was very grateful with the care the Allbritten field agent used when working on our whole house fan. It all began with the front office. My initial contact was warmly received with a calm voice that held a positive upbeat attitude. They were very helpful and quickly schedule a field agent to come to our come that very day. Enter Pool, a minute a man, which is a good thing as he was going to have to access the attic through a small ceiling opening. He was well prepared; mask, gloves, booties, cap and overalls. He stood a respectful distance from the front door when we first met, asked if he could enter the home, went directly to the access point, determined the problem and fixed it. He was in and out in less than an hour, barely touching anything that didn't absolutely need to be touched. He was pleasant, kept us informed as to what he was doing, what need to be be repaired and why and cleaned up before he left. I appreciated him as well as the Allbritten business. Your field agents are an excellent representation of Allbritten's vision of the customer comes first. Thank you, ***** L

We love our new unit that they installed for us. We had a hiccup in the beginning, but they were very professional and took care of it immediately. Everyone there is friendly, and does top notch work. Their prices are competitive with others and they are great at cleaning up everything when they leave at the end of the day. I also like that they send a picture of the tech coming to the house so there are no surprises.

We have a heater blowing nice warm air this morning!!! First day in 5 that that is the case. Ian and Steve came out yesterday. They found our issue and resolved it!! Thank goodness!! This has been a tricky one!

Everyone I have contact with is above average. I have done a lot of business with this company and their people. Always great but I think they really show what kind of company they are when aren't right. I don't think I have ever worked with a company that does what they can to right an error (which aren't many). I initially tried the company after being burned by two local companies (for different issues). One was plumbing that started it all and with Aaron. The other was heating issue. I tried them because of the job done on the major plumbing project. I have been with them so long, when I call employees hide. Short straw talks with me and are always polite. The last issue I had was confusing because of the power outage. Mindy worked with me until it was resolved. She said they would send out Ian. Ian not only listened to what I was describing as a problem, he was taking notes. All issues were corrected AND explained. The system has been working as designed now. I went into detail because i wasn't completely happy after a major project and let them know. They never gave up and always dealt with me in a professional manner. Nathan would always listen and help. There wasn't one employee that wasn't professional and polite. My wife had a severe stroke and limited on movement and speech. Usually intimidating. Just about every employee greeted her on arrival and went out of their way to say good bye. Don't know how the company does it, but I haven't met an employee a had a problem. So if you want a professional company that stands behind their work, friendly knowledgeable field employees and one of the best support staff in an office, you can't go wrong with this company. No they are not perfect but I believe they try!

Ian Cline was my service technician. Although I have always been impressed with all of Allbritten's service technicians, Ian was by far the best I've encountered over the past several years. He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained every step he would take to diagnose the problem; explained the identified problem; and provided me options to address the problem and the costs associated with each option. I have used Allbritten for a number of years now and I have never been disappointed in their customer service, prompt response time, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend Allbritten for your heating and air conditioning services.

My air conditioning system was not working and I called my longtime service provider, Allbritten Air Conditioning. They immediately sent out Ian Cline who quickly diagnosed the problem as being the circuit board in my furnace which also controlled the fan that blows the cold air through the house vents. Ian replaced the circuit board and had the air back on within 2 hours. Ian not only explained each step of what he was doing, the problem he identified, and the cost to repair it, but he was extremely friendly and professional. I have been using Allbritten for a number of years and I have never been disappointed in their customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend Allbritten and their service technicians!

My husband and I have had maintenance contracts for many years with Allbritten/ ABC on the heating and a/c units at our home and another property we own where my son lives. We had Ernesto for several years and missed him when he left. He was replaced by Ian C. This morning Ian performed the spring checkup service on our a/c. He found a relatively minor problem with a capacitor and recommended replacing it. When he called the company on our warranty, he was told that the unit had not been registered in 2014 when it was installed. Ian went above and beyond to obtain the information I needed to contact the company and inquire about filing a late registration. I called the company and was told, “Sorry, too late”. Before writing an angry letter to the installer who failed to register the unit they sold us, I decided to sit down and read the entire warranty contract. I am so happy that I did. There is a clause in the agreement that “Failure by California and Quebec residents to complete the product registration form does not diminish their warranty rights.” I immediately called the company back and informed them that I am a California resident and am now in possession of confirmed Registration Certificates. Without Ian’s follow through, we would never been aware that there was a problem with the registration. I am sure that over the coming years the warranty service will save us quite a bit of money. Thank you Allbritten/ABC for great service over the years, and most of all thank you Ian for being so conscientious and the follow through that brought the problem to our attention.
