I've gone through several Tucson area a/c companies over the last 17 years and I'm so thankful that another satisfied customer told me about Air Excellence. I've been consistently satisfied with them for about a half dozen years. Each technician I've dealt with has been on time, courteous and professional, without being uptight or unapproachable. They've all been willing to answer my questions and explain what they're doing and why it matters. Here's the best part, they never, ever, ever try to upsell you or get you to replace something that doesn't need replacing. An important note for women who feel that they're ignored by service personnel. If your system is good it's good, no need to buy anything to make it "better". I had Air Excellence perform their tune - up on my A/C unit. The tech showed up on time, I also had him replace the thermostat control which I been having problems with. He checked out the A/C unit, found nothing wrong with it. He explain a situation I had and how to correct the air flow around the unit that would save me money on my electric bill this summer. What I was quoted on parts and labor was the amount charged, no hidden amount. I will be using Air Excellence all the time now. Recommand using them.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable on the phone when I set up an appointment for them to come to my home for an estimate. The Technician was great! He did not try and push me on big and expensive solutions. Instead, he told me the most cost effective solution that would work for my budget as well has having the best solution to cool a room in my house. Someone arrives when promised and their prices are reasonable. We had issues with our AC when we first moved into our house and they had all the parts needed to get us back in working order. I am a General Contractor and I have used Air Excellence to to install many AC units on my jobs. Not only do they have great customer service but they are honest and fair on their prices. My neighbors AC went out on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of summer. I had them call Mike at Air Excellent and within 4 hours their AC was up and running. I use Air Excellent at my personal home for all my heating and cooling needs. If you want an honest and fair company that will stand behind their work then you NEED to call Air Excellence. We had a Daiken mini split system installed in our family room. The room is over 700 square feet and had always been difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in. The installation was done beautifully. They worked hard to make sure that it looked good both inside and out and left no mess behind when they were done. The system works great in both summer and winter. Not only was the cost fair, the efficiency of the system they recommended saved a bunch on my electric bill. They are great for preventative maintenance too. I would gladlly recommend them to anyone.
