Air Comfort installed the air conditioner on my home 26 years ago. They have cared for it since then, and because of their excellent installation and service over the many, many years, the unit continues to work beautifully. As always, Donna (the office person) was amazing, kind, responded to my call for service promptly, and just generally amazing. Tom was quick, efficient, completely honest, and took great care of us. I know when my unit dies (it's living on borrowed time at 26 years!), I'll be asking Air Comfort to be the folks to recommend a new unit, install it, and service it in the years to come.

Mark at Air Comfort Service was excellent, going beyond expectations! He identified that we were very low on AC coolant and scheduled a rep to come out and discuss financing options to replace our 18 year old Ac unit! He also changed our air filter and was super nice! He gave us Several options too!

They were both very courteous and considerate about what we are going through right now. Tom checked our air conditioner and humidifier, and told us we are all set for the summer. This is the second time he has been at our house, and with the pandemic going on, he was nice enough to ask about our family. All in all it was a great experience.

I purchased a new HVAC system in 2019 and, being and engineer, made a massive spreadsheet to thoroughly compare proposals from seven local HVAC companies. While not the least expensive, Air Comfort Service delivered the best value (and I purchased a higher-end Carrier system). Their install team finished the furnace and AC system (inside and outside units), thermostat, wiring, and duct work in one day. The actual system performance and features, warranty, annual service program, financing, and team professionalism all helped me make this decision and I don't regret it. Moreover, the financing is provided through Wells-Fargo and is interest free and stretches over 6 years. This means the payment is manageable and, incredibly, almost covered by the $225 savings in our monthly electricity bill (during summer months) gained by installing an AC system with nearly twice the efficiency of the previous unit. Do the math and you'll see this decision will be easier than you think and the financing terms are very attractive. Today, John came by to do the annual readiness check-up for the coming summer months. All systems go. He checked the inside system and diagnostics and cleaned the outside unit checking all connections, fittings, and breakers for proper state and condition.
