Tammy kept me informed of my appointment and when the tech was on his way to the house and Jacob let me know if their was any issues that needed to be addressed with my AC unit. I had Air Comfort Services come to my home to repair a leaking AC unit I had. Upon inspection by the Service Tech John he had informed me that I needed to replace the unit. However he also gave me other options to repair the unit but also told me the pros and cons about repair and that the repair could last a week, a month or 6 months but in the end it will be needed to be replaced. He put me in touch with Scott the Sales Manager who came to my home and inspected the units I had and then sat down with me and went over a detailed chart of my past energy uses and charges and then explained to me what he could do for me. I was given four options with prices from basic to high end. Since I have two units explained to me why I needed to replace both. Upon reviewing all four packages presented to me Scott explained every product and piece of equipment that was part of his presentation of the four packages. He answered all my questions clearly and without no hesitation at all which told me he knew what he was talking about. At the end of our conversation I ended up going with the highest package and replacing both AC units, both furnaces, both humidifiers, added air purifiers and two really cool top notch thermostats and let’s not forget the Aeroseal. If you don’t know what that is look it up online, you will be amazed of how they can seal all your duct work so you don’t loose air flow which in the end even saves you more money. After I signed the papers I had no remorse or second thoughts about what I did, I was actually excited to get it installed, I mean come on who gets excited about buying new furnaces and AC units. I then received a phone call the next morning from Shannon the Office Manager scheduling a date to install everything, I thought it was going to be a while because of the large scope of work that had to be done. They told me that they could do it the following week and actually it was less than a week. Scott also followed up with me regarding the date. The night before Scott called me confirming that they would be at my home the next morning at 730 am to start and to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. Scott and his team arrived 10 minutes before 730 am and he introduced me to all his team that would be working on my home. They all wore face mask, booties, gloves and had drop cloths all over my floors so there would be no damages done to my floors. Once it was all done the techs went over everything with me and Scott himself showed back up at my home to go over everything with me again and to make sure everything was done to his approval. After Scott and his team left I had no questions and was beyond please for service I received from Air Comfort Services. Buying furnaces and AC units is a big purchase almost like buying a car if you had to compare cost, so it’s a major decision you are making and when you are making this decision you want to make sure that you are getting treated fairly and being told everything you need to know and when it’s all said and done you want to feel like you got a deal. Well if you want that experience you need to call Scott at Air Comfort Services. I also want to mention that I used Scott and his team back in January for a water heater and received the same service. On time and got our AC unit ready for our St Louis Summer which is coming soon. Completely check out the unit, cleaned the coils, and spent over an hour doing all this. Mike W was conscious of the spacing requirements, had a a face mask, etc. He did the paperwork outside in the yard to reduce the time spent indoors to a minimum. This is our third or fourth time Mike W has serviced our HVAC system.

Mark at Air Comfort Service was excellent, going beyond expectations! He identified that we were very low on AC coolant and scheduled a rep to come out and discuss financing options to replace our 18 year old Ac unit! He also changed our air filter and was super nice! He gave us Several options too! The install team with Jason, Zach, Tim, David and Shannon was also superb!! They really went the extra mile and showed us how everything worked when they were done! They get an A in our book! Thank you all so much, we love our new furnace and air units!!
