Kevin and Story showed up on time and ready to work. The job was to tear down a jury-rigged return box and replace it with a properly constructed one. Since the original installation had employed some “creative” solutions, the two technicians needed to untangle those knots before replacing the box. Despite the challenges, they completed their work in the estimated time and installed a return box that will improve air flow, air quality and reduce noise. I’d recommend this team to anyone.

He and a Helper named ****** recently performed three jobs on two occasions at our older vacation home in ******** **: replacing a leaking shower valve cartridge, flushing and draining a water tank, and replacing a leaking air gap and hose to the garbage disposer. ***** was obviously knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. He was thoughtful, pointed out five aspects of our water heater installation that do not meet code, but did not try to upsell me. We had a leak in copper feed pipe that would have caused serious damage. Kurt had been here on a previous water heater need and when he responded to hour after hours needs it was such a welcome call.
