Very impressed with the way everyone worked together. They were respectful of my home and did their work with out any disruption of our lives. When I asked a questions about the system or how it worked I got explanations with out the feeling of being a bother. I appreciate the patience Chuck had with us in the planning stages of the project, he was never to busy to discuss different applications for this system. Josh C took great care in the installation of the cassette unit which was a bit of a challenge. It is a perfect way to install this system were possible. I've had a lot of positive comments about the cassette. Absolute Air can be proud of their staff Chuck, Josh C, Joshua V, Kris M, Chris J, Jason F, and Nelson C, also I must mention Christine and Bonnie, they are all a credit to your business.

Our Extrol Boiler Expansion Tank and Auto Air Vent needed to be replaced. Kevin came out and diagnosed and took care of the repair quickly. Kevin was knowledgeable and courteous. We woukd recommend Absolute Air Service and Kevin.

My furnace broke. Had to call emergency services at 5pm on a Friday night, AND the weekend before Christmas. I felt terrible. Corey was responsive and on time. He stayed until the job was done and done correctly. Great guy and awesome company!

Absolute Air’s quote was considerably lower than all the others with the best equipment. They forewarned me about me about all the possible scenarios (i.e. possible additional costs)- none of which applied. No fine print! Very professional!

Thought I could clean the air filter out using compressed air until the Absolute associate (Corey) showed me all the fouling that still remained in the air filter. I was fooling myself by not replacing the filter in a timely fashion. Everything went smoothly with the servicing, and Corey took the time to show me how to work the handy, but somewhat complex computerized thermostat. I knew how to use the computer but did not understand some of it fine points. Overall, I like the installation of my Lennox Heat Pump and especially its reliability. After three years, everything is still running like new!
