Nathan broke down several different options for me and didn't try to push me towards the most expensive option. John installed the new outlet and charger and was very professional and prompt. John and his coworker took good care cleaning everything up afterwards and did an excellent job!

Rob (and Glenn) spent the day in my new home putting in brighter lights in kitchen...under cabinet lighting, recessed cans in ceiling, moving chandelier, relocating electrical outlet in garage for door opener, adding an outside electrical outlet. I did not stay while they worked but when they finished everything was working and looked great. I choose Above and Beyond for my electrical company because they do fit their name, including emailing a picture of the employee who will be coming to my house. Their concern is not just for the work they do but for the safety of their customers! Thank you Above and Beyond for Nathan, Pam, Kim, Rob, Glenn, Scott, and all the other employees who go above and beyond to make their customers happy.

Another emergency at my house, and, again, Above and Beyond came to my rescue! Rob and Glenn came out and checked my gate opener. My gate guy told me there was no electrical current going to the gate. I called Above and Beyond talking first with Pam. She’s a delight and I always wish I could reach out and give her a hug! After Pam wrote up my request for a service call, I received a call from Kim telling me that Rob and Glen had a cancellation and that they could come to my house immediately! I was thrilled that Kim and/or Pam had noticed the scheduling change and knew I could use someone that same day! Rob and Glen showed up, tested my electrical current to the gate box and assured me that I did not have an electrical problem! Good news for me! Bad news for my gate guy! He had to compensate me! But it’s all good now! Thank you again, Above and Beyond, for excellent service — three times in 6 weeks!

John did a wonderful job installing two pendants in the kitchen. He also replaced 4 electrical outlets and installed our new “Nest” thermostat. I could not be happier with his work. Robert and Zach were assigned to the job at my home. It was a two day job replacing old knob and tube wiring with new/updated wiring. They were both respectful of my home by trying to keep it clean as they worked. The first day I mentioned to them that I’d like to lock my electrical box but I would have to find something to attach the padlock since a piece was broken off the hasp. By the end of the day, they had fabricated a hasp and I was able to place the padlock on the box! It was a little thing to them, but to me it was huge! The second day they finished up the wiring job. I asked them that before they left could they check the electrical current in my garage because the garage door wasn’t working. Again, Above and Beyond what I expected, they checked it out with no extra charge! I had an answer now and could move on to getting the garage door opener replaced instead of thinking I had no electricity! I am so pleased with the service and professionalism of this company and its employees! I highly recommend Above and Beyond to anyone who needs electrical work.

I have used Electricians twice and Scott on plumbing twice. Very satisfied. When Robert fixed my outlet but couldn't fix my dish washer he suggested I have Scott install. I called Pam 3 times but still haven't gotten a call back regarding this. On my trailer project Scott engineered and installed a pump that works like a charm. When my pipes burst he was here in 40 minutes and saved the day. No big deal on dishwasher as other people offer service.

I engaged Scott thru Above and Beyond for a unique project. He gave me a realistic quote for this unique project, came out on the scheduled day then engineered and completed the task on time and at budget cost. I waited 60 days to do this review to insure long term satisfaction. Pumping station continues to work great. 30 days ago my pipes burst in single digits. I called Pam, she called Scott and he was out to fix my pipes in 30 minutes. I am now going to engage Scott to install my new dishwasher.

Robert and Zach were very courteous and professional. They fixed every electrical issue on my list: lights out in upstairs bedroom and bathroom, installed outdoor outlet and replaced an existing old plate in another area, checked wiring in all attics due to pest issues, installed new doorbell, changed out faulty switch in playroom and fixed outdoor motion flood light.
