Justin C was the electrician that completed the electrical work on the install of a new heating and cooling system at my rental property. He was friendly, and told me about the benefits of comfort club membership. He answered my questions and completed his work in a timely manner.

Update 5/26/2018: The tech never came to the house to take a look at the unit. I have never experienced such poor customer service. This is ridiculous. Update 5/25/2018: I haven't received a call so I called A-Temp today. This time I got a different woman on the phone. I explained to her that no one has come out to take a look at the unit. Again, she sounded surprised. I'm questioning what kind of records they keep if they can't keep track of techs and house calls. She put me on hold to talk to the other woman. When she came back she said that she could have a tech come by on Saturday between 5 - 7pm. This is the same situation that happened last week. I asked her to please confirm with the tech to ensure that they are actually going to come out - we don't want to be hanging around the house waiting for no reason on a Saturday night. When we had our AC unit installed (in February) we also wanted to get a quote on some electrical work we needed done. The electrician came during the install day, took a look at the job, said they would give us a call with a quote. The electrician said it would be pretty simple to do. A few weeks went by and we hadn't received any calls. My husband called the electrician who said that they would follow up in a few days with a quote once he priced materials out. I asked the woman on the phone today if there were any updates on the electrical quote. She said that there was a note in the account from the electrician explaining that he "doesn't do that type of work". This ENTIRE time we had been waiting on a quote from the electrician! I explained to her that this is completely contradictory to what he told us previously and he never said that he couldn't do the job. Update 5/22/2018: I received a call from A-Temp. The woman on the phone asked me if anyone had come by to take a look at the unit the week before. My husband and I waited around all night but no one ever came. She was surprised - it sounds like she had no idea. She offered to have a tech out on Thursday 5/24 between 4 - 6pm. That time didn't work for us. I explained to her that this was an ongoing issue for over a week. They have not lived up to their customer service guarantee. This has been such a frustrating situation over a simple fix to the seal. She said she would call us back later this week to set up a time to come look at it. Update 5/16/2018: Updating my review because of the customer service issues. The techs that installed it were wonderful. We're just having issues now with A-Temp in general. On Monday we noticed that the seal had separated from the ceiling of the vent they installed. My husband called only to be told by the person answering the phones that "they couldn't help" and would have another person call us back. They never called. My husband called today and they said they would send someone out in the evening. It's 7:30pm and no one has been by. We're frustrated because this is just a simple fix. When we chose A-Temp it was because of their customer service guarantee. They are definitely not living up to expectations.

OK... It goes like this: You put the system in. You (infrequently) have been asked to maintenance it. Today, I had two techs in my house. The first came to clean the ductwork that to my certain knowledge had not been cleaned in 24 years. It was a somewhat nasty job, I suspect, but he took it on with no complaints, and kept me informed of what he found, and some future repairs were identified. Once done, he was asked by the office to take on cleaning the blower. He may or may not have known how to deal with THIS blower. Can't tell. He acted and talked willingness, but... Didn't go back together cleanly for whatever reason. Second (Senior) tech shows up. Finds the blower cleaning uncompleted. Starts badmouthing the first tech. OK. Maybe. I can't tell. BUT THE POLITICS NEEDS TO NOT BE IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMER. And, in the end. The job is left uncompleted.

The whole team was fabulous. I needed my furnace looked at due to a cooling issue and Bill G was in my area so he came and fixed it and was actually nice about it and I wasn't charged an arm and leg due to the appointment being last minute. I needed a new thermostat which I could have replaced myself if I had known that was the problem. We also talked about the age of my furnace (1990) and the remaining life. I had determined earlier that it needed to be replaced, however, I had not liked or trusted anyone we had received bids from so we were just having it repaired. We decided to have them bid it and John O came out to discuss our options. He was friendly and very knowledgeable so we listened and decided now was the time to replace it. The only way I knew the furnace had been replaced was the level heat in our house. They cleaned up after themselves and towed away the old furnace. Every aspect of the process from the front office, repair tech, sales and replacement went smoothly. The front office was especially helpful and cheerful. I appreciate good service and I sure received it with A-Temp.

Pyramid was my main company I went to for 10 Years. I got a letter in the mail from A-Temp and it was for 198 full system tune up. I couldn't believe it so I called set up a appointment and from the office to the tech WOW. What a different vibe and how much easier to work with. It was always someone new every year they were here for like for an hour. Mr Billy was here for like 3 hours and he explained what he was doing. he also took before picture and after pictures what he did. He did an outstanding job so I joined there comfort care plain because I get to have the same tech Mr Billy.Thank you Atemp for your outstanding job

Our furnace went out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It was bitter cold outside AND inside! I called A-TEMP and had a tech out here within 30 minutes. He inspected the furnace and realized that the fix was going to be very temporary. It actually turned off again before the tech was back at his office. They sent another gentleman out and we determined that a new furnace was going to have to go in. Paperwork was done and the furnace was installed on Friday. Think about that for a minute. This was the day before and after Thanksgiving. I doubt that any other company could or WOULD be that proactive for their customer. A-TEMP has now installed every piece of heating and cooling equipment in our home. Dependable, Proactive, Accurate, Prompt, plus a high degree of professionalism. It just does not get better than that.

We have used A-Temp for years and have always had great service. Recently our furnace died our repair man diagnosed the issue right away. He said the part could take 7 to 10 days to get in but shortly after he left A-Temp called me back to say they were able to get the part right away. They even scheduled me in the very next day to get the the new part installed. We were back up and running in less than 24 hours of our Tech diagnosing the problem***** or tech guy was so nice and very knowledgeable, he was just AWESOME! , in fact DOUBLE AWESOME!! We are a member of their Gold Maintenance plan, it gave us priority scheduling, which they were out there the very next day after I had called.It gave us reduced cost for Diagnostics at $49 not $99 and it knocked 20% off the parts so our main board that needed replaced was discounted over $120. That REALLY HELPED!
