Parker Gas, Wilmington is an amazing company. From Jonathan's assessment and proposal visit on June 17 to Scott's installation of a new gas line on July 1, my experience with Parker Gas has been phenomenal. Paul Pipkin, Scott's manager also paid a visit and completely assembled my new gas range. Paul and Scott coordinated with the local inspector for a next day visit, followed by Scott returning to complete the installation the same afternoon. Paul even called Suburban to confirm that the existing tank was mine. While on vacation the next day, Paul called and messaged me several times to make sure that all went well. Scott took the time to explain how my gas logs work, making sure that I knew how to operate the remote; he was here to install a gas line for my new range. Consummate professionals, friendly, reliable, efficient, and could not have done more to please me. Parker Gas is the best company around. Fabulous customer service, from the office to the completed job. Over and Above does not even begin to describe my experience with Parker Gas; they helped alleviate the inevitable stress associated with a new home purchase and move. Thank you!

This year has been horrible. We have been customers for years. Bought gas logs 2 years ago even. The employees need to be trained not just say well Thank you and want to hang up because they don't have an answer but tell you there have been issues with the post office. Several other situations all have happened since December. Don't like changes but this might be the year to shop around.

We have been Parker Propane customers for several years. Twice this year (Dec and last night) our tank ran out of propane. When we called the Fayetteville office we were told "our monitor shows you have 65% left in your tank". I went outside to confirm the tank was empty. We called back to request a fill up and informed the Fayetteville office we had a 5 month old in our home. The lady on the phone was very short and rude and stated, "I'll put it in but you are still going to have to wait 3-5 days". The Fayetteville rep was very rude and this is the second time we were told their monitoring system was showing an inaccurate reading. Would someone please look into this and let us know why this is continuing to happen and please get us some propane! Thank you!

The Parker Gas Rep I spoke to this evening truly went above and beyond. After a very disappointing experience I had with another propane company, I contacted Parker after normal hours and she clearly explained my options then worked to setup my new account and get my tank set immediately. They helped us understand what we needed to do to get ready, they set and installed our tank, and they have been great at helping us understand our needs. I recommend them, and Angie in Smithfield, NC is super!

I purchased a Holland grill from this location back in 2013 and at that time the owner at the store in Smithfield asked me to change gas companies to Parker gas and I would never have to pay a rental fee on the tank. And I haven’t until this past year where they all of a sudden charged for a tank fee and when I called in thinking that it was a mistake they now try to tell me that I’ve always paid a rental fee when I have all my payments showing that I’ve never paid one so then I told him OK just come get the tank yeah they tell me I’m still going to have to pay the rental fee for the tank even though I told to come get the tank very poor customer service and very rude. Do not believe anything they promise or better get it in writing.

Facebook was not available. Parker makes everything very easy, and with automatic fill program, we never run out of gas. thanks.
